Leon's New Right-Hand Man

"Boss, there is trouble," Sky said immediately after Leon picked up the call.

The humour on Leon's face instantly disappeared at Sky's words. He attempted to excuse himself from where Ella was seated but she stopped him when she observed the changes in his facial expression.

"Sky, give me a few minutes, I will get back to you," Leon said and ended the call.

He turned his attention to his curious and anxious wife and said in a calm voice.

"Babe, it's Sky and I need to talk with him in private. I don't want to bore you with whatever we are discussing."

Leon's attempt to appear calm and not spook his wife failed as Ella had already sensed that something was wrong.

Ella smiled at Leon's excuse and did her best to persuade him that she wanted to be a part of everything concerning him.
