Not that lucky this time

Despite Dhalkin's suggestion, I decided to leave for Beremin going through that damn Forest, going up the river Ulöm, where it's less wide and the flow is less violent.

Believe me. I really don't want to enter again on that cursed place, but I don't have other choise if I want to enter the Kingdom. In this season the river is particulary wild, in addition, because of the riots, the controls have increased, apparently the forest is in a certain way, the safest place for a suspect without documents and knowledge, since no one dare to go into the "Cradle of Chaos".

I really need to reach Beremin, because there I can gain the knowledge about this world more easily since they use english as main Language.

Yesterday I sold 2 Notebook/Diary for 6 Large Silver and 3 Large Copper each to a store on the main street, It's a good deal, my intention was to sell them for at least 5 Large Silver each. I fell so happy that I was able to finish the work in 2 day and sold 4 of them the same day I finish them. I'M SO PROUD OF YOU , ***!!!

Before going to bed I prepared my backpack and the clothes for today.

I'm not leaving right away, I paid the inn-owner (-2 Small Silver), and bought an axe (-1 M Silver and 8 M Copper, I don't want to ruin the blade of my knifes for some branches...Now I'm ready to go!

What? What about the food? Ya say...Dude, I lived in that forest for so long just eating what I found here, why shoul I buy when I can have it free?

But I made a tip at the market-square anyway, why? I walked around trying to identify edible plants and record them in the diary that I will dedicate exclusively to food, I want to expand my menu.

I only spent 3 Small Copper of some licorice roots, for my teeth health and to keep the acid on my stomach at bay.

One day, I'll buy a shovel, like the one used during the WWI or WWII, so I could get roots by myself and it could be used as an weapon too.

Exiting the gate, I checked if Dhal is there...I want to thank him again and say goodbye....

Left...Right...on the city walls...Found him!...He's a bit far...mmmm...should I shout ? ...

I walked a bit away from the city gate, more or less 10m, then I turn back to stare at him...Oh!

He's watching this way! As expected from Dhal. I found him funny, trying to act cool, but he's quite sensible and inquiring, I want to say nosy, but I feel it won't suit, maybe he's just bored...

I bowed a bit to thank him then I raised an arm and wave vigorously then I just going my own way.

I started to run at an adequate speed, after a few minutes I arrived at the edge of the forest.

Now, it's around noon, time to start the hunt...holding tightly the knife on my right hand and a wooden stick on my left, I entered the forest.

Not much time passed, some too violent rabbit attaked me, they just looked like rabbit since they're rodents with long ears, their tail is too long, the craws too...Let's just call them "rabbit/fox"...These rabbit is trully fearless...It's easy to kill them, but once ya do that ya need to run as fast as ya can, the smell of their blood will appeal their buddies nearby and other beast too... Let's just avoid these troublesome little guys...

Probably 2 hours passed, while chewing a licorice root... A wild AND!R4M0N appeared...I mean it's resembling a lot that D!**mon...that look like a rabbit...a really pissed one...there's a lot of angry rabbits too...is the AND***ON their boss??! ... This is bad, I'm surrounded... I really can't avoid them anymore... I quickly dropped my backpack a get in fighting stance... I have no intention to die... not anymore...

The minions started to attack first, but I can easly kill them with one or 2 move, but there's a lot of them and it's unavoiable to get injured, after a while, the Big One joined too, it's really fast and I'm getting tired... after some minutes only some minions were still alive, because while the Boss move, it also injure or kill his peers, they're not well coordinatedà and THAT monster doesn't seem to care about 'em.

I'm tired...I need to end it soon...the fighting style of AN**MON (let's just call it like that) is similar to a human... less beastly ...

...seeing me at my limit it tried to give me a finiscing blow...He's at his limit too... For each stike I received I gave them as many... from right? ...Is that a side high kick ?... no...a feint!...
