Commitment of Headman

The Headman of village Elibert is preparing himself and making new policy for earning of villagers as he committed in front of villagers.

He taken a paper and start writing their thoughts and ideas .

Step-1:-" First I want know what are basics required for villagers ."

Step-2 :-" How many of them are studied ?".

Step-3 :- "how many resources I have , to start a business or to do something as a startup ."

Step -4:- "How many people with me , and finding out the best use of that manpower ".

Step-5:- " Better use of agriculture for growing the crops and take them out from hunger that is the biggest task

Ooh I forgot this and I write this here ".

By this he write few more steps (thoughts).

Like this he is thinking and in that moment few of villagers came to him and said

" we have a problem ! We stuck in problem

We want your help ".

Elibert said " I help you , first you give me information about how many people are educated in this village ?".

Those people said "Give us some time and we will tell you ".

After that those people went and finding out how many people are educated in the village.

Few days later they find educated people in village , they all went to Elibert's home . There are total 650 peoples lived in village.

There are total 25 educated people in the village they are not highly educated but they are ready to coordinate with headman .

Elibert said " I am looking for educated people who helped me to progress this village , from that there is no way for looking back , are you guys ready for this work ?".

Those people thought for a minutes and said "we are ready to work with you Mr.headman , atleast we are going to do something for our people and our knowledge going to work some where , we are very fortune and pleased ".

After these words Elibert said

" OK fine ahhh hmmm , can any one of you give an idea what to do next ?". After few minutes of silence....

One of them said "we gonna make a group for work , for different work ".

After that one more member said " we will report you in recent given time and information about work progress ".

All of them are agreed by this thought.

After all these things happen Elibert forgot about problem what people are for coming to him ? .

Elibert and other 25 person come together making policies for earning with their resources and king 's order . As he thought he is giving orders to those people.

Elibert said " first we need to give education to all villagers so 5 of them come out who give education ". And .... Ummm umm

" 7 of them helps for making good policy for better business idea and generating employment ".

" 6 of them will work for agriculture and helped them to grow good and healthy crops ".

And all of you helped me for data and other thing if they want your help , you are free to helped them .

For now you all may go to your home and we will start good work from tommarow .

The next day as Elibert and other member gives idea , they all doing the work as ordered .

" 5 members are providing education to villagers espically for new comers who learned fast . "

And all of members are working hard to achieve that target .

They all making policy "we will sell our material and goods to other cities and we send our men to other cities to give employment those who are unemployed , and we bought some of new books for study and provide better quality education".

Elibert said " we will study data after a week and all works data after a month ".

By this idea Elibert and everyone are agree.And this decision that taken told in a village meeting and told them we have taken this decision are you people agree with me .

Village people said " hmmm uff f ff ahhh

We are with you and after that decision they all concert with their families and they all are agreed ".

Few of oldman said " at least someone trying to do and we setback this is a failure for us ",

The other oldman said " if we work together we can change this village destiny , fate and fortune ".

They are working hard as his headman said and they are ready to start a New Era for their upcoming generation. They don't know how many problems they gonna face . But they are ready for revolution and curious for something new .

From that they are working and working and making new policies generating employment and profitable trade and most important for agriculture sector .

The work been continued and the data that how much profit they got on a month , study and find out result .

Because of starting a new thing the status looks satisfied and they said we gonna continue these planned and and some new thing and execute them .

On this way we learned and those thing will come to us .

And from this they are working hard to achieve and completing the commitment of headman (Elibert's) thought .
