A glimpse into the Past

'Clink!.....Shatter!'

The wine glass slipped down from Orion's hands as it shattered on the white tiled floor. The wine inside splashed away, but surprisingly it had turned into a blood-red color from an earlier white color.

"Oi, oi what is happening? You aren't looking great. "

The man on the host chair smiled mockingly as he knocked on the table rhythmically,

"I asked you something, Mr.Orion. It's only the third question yet and.…"

Orion had collapsed back on his chair, his mind was swirling with memories, fake or actual, which were real he had no idea? Laughter, Cries….screaming….fights… a child.

"No! No! I…I am fine. It's all fine…nothing is wrong. Yes."

Orion suddenly wiped his face with his arm sleeve and tried to get his mind back on track. But the cold sweat began to emerge again on his face. He tried to chuckle….but the tears in his eyes were not looking convincing.
