Chapter 7 - Getting to know about my sister

I got up and took a shower before getting down for my breakfast and to leave for the office.

The Breakfast was ready -my dad, mom, grandpa and grandma waiting for me at the dining table. I looked around and saw my sister wasn't there and asked my mother "Mom, Where is Raine" which shocked her as I never cared about her but nonetheless answers "I don't know princess" ,so I asked the housekeeper " Where is the young miss" to which he told "Eldest miss, young miss had a schedule early morning and she left the place around 2am in the morning for the shoot" which shocked me because I never thought she would leave so early and always imagined that she didnt like eating with us and ate late but to get a clarity to my imagination I still asked the house keeper.

"Uncle John, does she always leave this early?"

"No eldest miss, it isn't like this always" and I again ask "is it only today?"

"No miss, it usually depends on young miss's work schedule."

"Explain." which leaves everyone in my family and also the staff surprised but regardless the butler asks one of the maids who are responsible for monitoring her activities to explain which is a shame given she is a family member but treated as a criminal.

"Eldest miss, what time young miss comes and leaves the house usually depends on her shooting schedule or her recording schedule as some of her schedules are late at night and some early mornings. Sometimes young miss doesn't even come home if she has back to back schedule which happens a lot. But if she has a free schedule she comes home at around 12 am in the morning and leaves at 5 am or 6 am in the morning."

It shocked everyone in my family as just like me they had the same imagination as me. My dad was the first one to come out of the shock and ask the maid "Is this how she behaves. Does she think this is an hotel or something??Call her and tell her I have to talk to her and ask her to come back." this outburst of my father shocks me and I turn to see if anyone has any other response only to realize they all are angry.

Before I could say anything to calm the situation down the maid responds "Sir, I don't think its possible as this time young miss is shooting for a movie and a series together and she also has a concert scheduled and she won't be back here for at least another one and a half month."

This time my grandma was furious and asked "how come you know all these?" a question even I wanted to ask

" Mam, even I wouldn't usually know all this but this time young miss specially told me these details telling that the eldest miss will ask all these questions."

I was shocked after listening to it was a understatement because the way her brain works is kinda scary and at that point I realized why even after drugging her I couldn't get information about her boyfriend and the moment where she killed all my family members in the dream came in front of my eyes making me realize she isn't as easy to deal with as my family thinks and she only endured during the past for her loved ones and once I destroyed that she gave it back to me tenfolds. As that thought passed by I noticed the reaction of everyone in my family has turned ugly so to salvage the situation I told "Dad, grandpa let's leave it here, we willl talk about it when she comes back and not create a scene out of it and become a laughing stock." with this I got up as I didnt have appetite anymore and told "mom, grandpa and grandma I will leave for work" as my dad will be coming with me to help me settle in the position for a while before he completely retires from the post.
