Her breath gradually depleted as she recalls every details about Manuel. He was a merciless man whom dedicated his entire life to the Sandoval's, if he ever gets a clue she was involved in the death of Aldo's wife, he wouldn't hesitate. 

But every thoughts and imagination, only encoded a question in her mind. Why have Manuel been silent? These made Pandora unable to figure out, if every threats was done by Manuel or Juan.
