Chapter 2: Here I Am, This Is Me

[Year: 2277,Tree Line, outside musutafu, Mc Pov]

(A/N: Had to change years as I didn't realise how young Shota would have been, so for convenience sakes, just assume that he had his provisionals and was trusted enough for patrolling alone in the previous chapter as at least with this year he's in his 20"s)

"W-where am I who am I?" Those words permeated within my mind and as soon as I spoke those words memories assaulted my head threatening to burst.

"Gyah!" I groan loudly as I grab my head in pain, the sound of my voice loud inside the empty forest.

"Haah, so that's what happened huh? Guess I just gotta accept it and move on" I say to no one in particular.

Those memories were of my past life, I reincarnated. And within all the memories of my parents or anyone I loved weren't there, just things like my time fighting in the streets or partying with friends whose names and faces I can't even try to remember. My last memories are that of partying too much one moment and falling off the side of a three story building and landing on my neck, instantly killing me.

As I go through my memories, I stand up and realise I'm completely naked, feeling the breeze on my unmentionables is not very comfortable in the snow. I grab the body bag my body laid in and ripped parts off and tie it together to cover my young boy bits.

I continued going through my memories and had a 'Eureka' moment, as all my memories finally finished, I realised how similar this situation is to the Isekai fiction and fan fiction stories I used to read. And hopefully like the characters in the books I read, I have a system to help me out, and so with a determined face I shout to the heavens.

I thrust my hand up and brought it down into a fist "SYSTEM! HEED MY CALL AND ACTIVATE!" I yell in a squeaky tone

"...I look stupid, don't I…."

Nothing? Not a single thing? As I think about this with an embarrassed look on my face, suddenly a blue screen appears In Front of me and a mechanical voice is heard within my head.

Wow! I've got powers! Wait. Mutated clone?! What does that even mean? I'm a clown of someone? Wait, quirk? Erasure? Like Eraser Head from My Hero Academia? I'M IN AN ANIME WORLD! MUAHAHAHAHAH- wait, I need to check my other functions before I go and look for a way to civilization again, system functions.

Huh, so I gotta look for my 'Father' I believe with my first quirk, I think it's safe to assume that my father is Shota Aizawa also known as Eraser Head, a hero turned teacher. This will be my main objective for now.

As for the last, I check my inventory, which holds only some basic winter clothes and shoes.

After putting on my winter clothes, I walk out of the tree line and down the road and hopefully I'll make it to civilization before night but I'm not too hopeful as it's already sunset.

As I walk down I notice a sign that reads 'welcome to musutafu city' in Japanese and that confuses me because I didn't know any Japanese before but I chalked it up to system magic. Not long after passing the sign do I start seeing signs of civilization and then a care stops beside me.

"Hey kid, you all right over there, do you need a lift?" Says an elderly man in a pickup truck with a nice grandfather-like smile.

"Oh, pops always said I shouldn't get into car with strangers, but you seem nice so yes, thank you" I say to him with a smile

'don't do this kids because chances are, you're as good as dead if you act like I do'

"Well alright then! Hop on in and we'll be off"

As we ride into the city, he asks me a question with slight concern, "what's a little kid like you doing in the middle of nowhere"

"Nothing, just playing, but I didn't notice how dark it was getting and now I gotta find my dad" I reply in a childlike manner

He asked me where I needed to go and I told him, so that's where he took me.

[In front of UA]

"Thanks for the ride Jiji, it was nice meeting you!" I shout to the kind elderly driver and he smile ate before driving away

"Haah it's night already, I hope he's here or else I'd have to sleep at the gate tonight" I say to mys self before rubbing my hands together to keep myself warm.

I walk up to the front gate and look around for a camera just to notice an obviously placed camera on top of the wall looking down at me so I wave to it with a smile, "Hello? I'm looking for my dad? His name is Shota Aizawa, also called Eraser Head?

As I waited there, no noise or anything came and I was just stuck there having to wait till morning "haah, may as well just sleep here tonight as I doubt any villains would come here, in front of a HERO SCHOOL" and so I sat down and went through my thoughts like the fact that I'm probably not taking this as seriously as I need to buy that might be because I don't completely believe I reincarnated.

Shortly after, I fell asleep.

[3rd POV]

A rat, bear, mouse creature with a scar over one eye and wearing a suit looks at schools surveillance system intriguingly and an amused glint in his eyes, "hmm, he doesn't look like he's lying yet at the same time, I know that Eraser Head doesn't have any children, especially one that old" the creature says in an uplifting manner.

"But while I say this, the child looks like the spitting image of Aizawa, how interesting, He also doesn't appear on my databases"

'What to do, what to do', the bear taps his chin with its paw.

"Whatever the case, we should make sure he's safe and give him a room here for the night and we'll ask him in the morning" he then grabs his mobile phone and dials a number.

"Yes, This is Nezu, there's a boy at the front gate, can you bring him to the nurse's office? Thank you Cementos, just tuck him in and leave the room, yes, thank you again, goodnight"

And so, how will this change affect the world? Will this singularity bring positive changes? Or will he condemn them all?
