Chapter 13 - Misaki Confenssion

After Kotori gave a brief explanation to Saten, Uiharu, Kuroko and Mikoto about why she called Touma her older brother. The four girls who became Kotori close friends had different thoughts about the brother-sister relationship between Kotori and Touma.

But the four girls chose to keep what they were thinking in their heads.

"Hey Kotori, please help Chitose-san to bring that strange nun's body to Yuragi Sou. Because if I brought her to Yuragi Sou, there would be many people who misunderstood and resented me," Touma said with a face that looked a bit sleepy because he didn't get enough sleep. "And I don't want to be beaten, for no apparent reason."

Kotori immediately carried out Touma's orders without complaining by helping Chitose lift Index body.

"Firstly Chitose-san is much older than me, and to tell you the truth her age is almost the same age as my grandfather, and secondly I'm not lazy," Touma said who still looked relaxed even though Mikoto tried to advise him. "I could have carried the nun, but I'm afraid that if I did that Kotori would definitely try to burn me alive and Misaki would try to embarrass me on the internet with her power and resource. Because of the excessive jealousy that arises between the two of them when I'm around other girls."

"Uuuh I don't like it when my age is discussed like that," Chitose said. "But in reality I'm not a teenage girl, despite my appearance that look like a thirteen-year-old girl."

"Onii-chan's words are one hundred percent correct, as a little sister who really loves her older brother. I'll definitely feel jealous if Onii-chan gets close to other girls," Kotori said with a red face as she touched her cheek with her left palm causing the grip on Index armpit to loosen and made Index's left shoulder fell down.

"Touma-san uou really know me very well," Misaki said with a face that was much redder than Kotori's. "Your words just now made my face turn red."

Misaki and Kotori's love for Touma didn't surprise Mikoto and the other girls because Kotori and Misaki's reaction around Touma clearly showed that they both liked Touma.

But Mikoto, Uiharu, Kuroko, Mugino were shocked when they found out that Chitose who looked very young was much older than all of them. Aiba couldn't help but sigh while Saten smiled amusedly, because they both already knew Chitose's age.

Meanwhile, Misaki, who until now does not believe that Chitose who looks the same age as her, is an adult woman who is more than a century old, is still confused how can a century old woman have the appearance of a teenage girl?

After climbing one hundred and fifty steps that led to the top of the hill where Yuragi Sou was standing, Kotori and Chitose finally managed to bring Index's body up. Index's body was placed on a futon in one of the empty rooms in Yuragi Sou. Since Chitose had decent stamina and physical strength, she didn't look the least bit tired after lifting half of Index's body.

But not with Kotori, even though she is a level 4 esper but Kotori is not very diligent in training her body so she is a little out of breath once she reaches the top of the hill.

Mugino and Aiba did not go up the hill and stayed below. Mugino's fear of Chitose made her don't have a courage to go up the hill. But before that Aiba managed to persuade Touma to stay for a while so Mugino could talk to Touma. Mugino made Touma promise to have a rematch between the two of them three days from the time they promised and Mugino had Touma set an alarm on the calendar on his smartphone, so he wouldn't forget the date of their duel like before.

Touma of course like usual felt lazy to have to fight Mugino, but because he knew that Mugino wouldn't stop calling or e-mailing him if he didn't agree, Touma was forced to set an alarm on his smartphone.

Mikoto, Uiharu, Saten and Kuroko went up the hill and entered the Yuragi Sou. With the reason that they want to know what kind of inn that became an Urban Legend. Kotori just sighed when she heard the reason they just said. Because in the previous night she already had heard their reason when the four girls were chatting at the Judgment branch office, and their reason was to meet with Touma. Kotori took the four girls into the living room and told them to wait while she changing her clothes, because there were many things she wanted to talk to the four of them before they could talk with Touma.

Touma walked along with Misaki next to him, Misaki purposely waited for Touma to finish his business with Mugino so that she could walk together with Touma to Yuragi Sou. (Misaki is going to Yuragi Sou almost everyday so her pyshical ability was not like in the novel.)

"You know Misaki, you don't have to purposely wait for me to finish chatting with Mugino," Touma said, yawning slightly. "You can go straight to Yuragi Sou, to start your cooking training together with Chitose-san."

" I just want to walk with you up the hill, so I can spend more time with you as a man I really love," Misaki said while holding Touma's arm.

"But there's no need to hold onto my right arm so tightly right?" Touma said. "If Shizuka-san suddenly appears and sees you holding my arm, you might end up in the hospital again because of being beaten by the rampaging Shizuka-san."

"If that's the price I have to pay so I can hold your arm, I don't mind," Misaki said while showing the most sincere smile she had never shown to anyone except Touma. "I love you with all my heart Touma-san, and even if right now you haven't chosen me to be your lover, or won't chosen me at all, I won't be angry with you. Because I love you sincerely and for me your happiness is the purpose of my life."

Misaki's words were so honest and full of sincerity to the point Touma didn't know what to say to reply it. Right now in Touma's heart there were two girls that caught his attention, Misaki and Shizuka. Both of them love him sincerely and never force their will on him, so Touma doesn't know which of one he should choose as a lover..
