Chapter 12 - Chitose Bad luck

"Chitose-san, who is that nun? And why is she biting your hand like that?" Asked Touma who was trying to ignore the presence of Mugino, Aiba, Mikoto, Saten, Uiharu and Kuroko.

"Ah, Touma-san, to be honest I don't know who this nun is," Replied Chitose who was trying hard to endure the pain she felt from Index who are biting her hand. "This nun just suddenly appeared out of nowhere when I was about to climb the stairs. After she just devoured the onigiri in my right hand until my hand also went into her mouth. It's been ten minutes since she bit my right hand and she hasn't taken my right hand out of her mouth yet."

"Have you tried to persuade the nun to take the bite off your right hand Chitose-san?" Asked Kotori.

"I've tried Kotori-san, but she doesn't budge even when I shake her body," Chitose replied. "Looking at her closed eyes it seems that this nun who bit my hand, fainted right after she finished my onigiri."

"Once we arrived near Yuragi Sou to meet Touma-san, we were treated to a strange and miraculous occurrence," Ruiko said with a grin. "What a very strange coincidence. As if Touma-san is a magnet for unique occurrences."

"You speak as if this isn't the first time you've experienced this kind of strange occurrence Saten-san," Uiharu said. "Don't tell me, you've experienced this kind of thing before together with Touma-san and Konori-Senpai."

"Yup, a few times," Ruiko said with a smile. "Every time Konori-Senpai and I, meet Touma-san, something unique and interesting is happens."

Ruiko's words made Mikoto, Kuroko, Uiharu and even Aiba and Mugino have sweat dripping down their cheeks. What kind of fate and luck does Touma have to the point that he always experiences a strange events?

"Hmm, I have an idea that I think can be used to get that strange nun's bite out of your hand, Chitose-san," Touma said. "Would you like to try it?"

"Please," replied Chitose with a tears that came out of her eyes. "Because my hand is hurts a lot cause it was bitten by the strange nun."

"Hey all of you," Touma said while looking at Mugino, Aiba, Mikoto, Uiharu, Kuroko and Ruiko. "Are one of you bring a food or snack?"

The six girls shook their heads, not a single one of them came to Yuragi Sou with food. Because the six of them came to Yuragi Sou with the same goal tomeet with Touma.

"Onii-chan don't tell me that you're planning to use food to make that crazy nun take her bite out of Chitose-san's hand?" Asked Kotori. "Is Onii-chan sure that that plan will be succed?"

"Well, we wouldn't know if we didn't try," Touma replied. "Hmm, this is difficult, if I have to buy food at the mini market or going up to Yuragi Sou to get food, both ideas take a lot of time, while Chitose-san must be helped immediately. Aah that's right Misaki must have brought the food she made for me, we can use that food to make that weird nun let go of her bite. Misaki-san why don't you just come out from behind that tree and meet all of us?"

'Sigh, Onii-chan's laziness is coming out once again,' Kotori sighed while touching her forehead. 'Even though he can move very quickly to the point he produce an after image, but because he is a lazy person who just wants to live a relaxed life. He sometimes prefers the easiest way he can find to solve a problem.'

Mikoto and Mugino asa fellow level five Espers, didn't believe Touma's words at first, how could there are one more level five Espers near them. Likewise with the other four girls, it was impossible for Misaki Shokuhou the Mental Out to suddenly appear near Yuragi Sou.

"Ara Touma-san," Misaki said who appeared from behind the tree carrying a bag containing the food she made for Touma. "As usual your perception abilities are extraordinary."

Misaki's appearance immediately made Kotori's lips twitch and the veins on her forehead became clearly visible. Because among all the girls who like Touma, Misaki is someone who is considered the biggest rival by Kotori.

"You!" Mikoto said who got angry on reflex as soon as she saw her rival in Tokiwadai. "What are you doing here!?"

"Ara Misaka-san, I just want to give the food I made to my prince," Misaki said. "What's wrong with me by doing that?"

"Uuugh, your behaviour is really annoying! I never really liked you who always act like that!" Mikoto said.

"This time I agree with the number three," Mugino said who was always envious about Misaki's boobs size. "Your pretentious elegant behaviour, is really pisses me off."

Aiba who was standing next to Mugino, looked at Misaki's chest and compared it to her own chest. To the point that she thought, what did Misaki eat to make her chest become that big.

"Forgive me, if I interrupt the conversation of the three of you as a fellows level five Espers," Touma said. "But I really need the food inside Misaki-san's bag so that Chitose-san can be freed from that strange nun's bite."

Touma's words, made Mugino, Mikoto and Misaki's faces turning red. Even though Mugino and Mikoto didn't notice it while Misaki unhesitatingly handed her bag to Touma while saying:

"Touma-san this is, the bag that containing the food I made for you. Although I'm a bit sad that you won't be eating it, but since you're going to use it to help Nakai-san I feel sincere that my food is eaten by someone else."

."Don't worry Misaki-san, I'm only going to use this food to make the nun bite off," Touma said while smiling at Misaki. "I will still eat the food you have worked so hard to make for me."

Touma's smile and words made Misaki's face turn very red. The man she loves is someone who really knew how to please women's feelings.

Touma opened the tupperware containing Misaki's homemade food, and brought the tupperware to Index's nose. And sure enough, in the blink of an eye, Index eyes that was closed. Suddenly opened wide and her mouth that had been biting Chitose's hand began to open and salivate a lot.

"Food!" Index shouted while jumping at Touma.

Touma with a very fast movement managed to dodge Index who was jumping at him while closing Misaki's tupperware. No matter how good he was, there was no way Touma would allow Index to devour Misaki's food which, although not as delicious as Chitose's or Shizuka's. Misaki made the food especially for him with all her heart, if Touma let Index to eat the food. That meant Touma didn't appreciate Misaki's efforts.

Index whose head hit a tree because Touma dodged her jump. immediately fainted once more and fell to the ground. Meanwhile, Chitose was feel relieved that her hand was finally free from Index's bite, although as a result of being bitten by Index, there was a bite mark that was deep enough until some blood came out from the bite mark.

"Wow, I didn't think Touma-san's cliche idea would actually work!" Ruiko said with sparkling eyes.

"How hungry is that nun to actually wake up because the smell of a food!?" Uiharu said who was surprised at Index's reaction.

"Well, who cares what important is that Chitose-san can be saved from that strange nun's bite," Kotori said. "What I want to know right now is why the two of you were able to come to the place where I live? What's more with Mikoto-Senpai and Kuroko-san."

"Ah, about that , Misaka-san said she wanted to meet Touma-san that's why I brought her here," Ruiko said while rubbing the back of her head. "But more importantly Kotori-chan, earlier why did you call Touma-san onii-chan like that Is there anything you didn't tell us about your family?"
