Chapter 10

We sat in his car and were on our way back.

I looked at him. He was focusing on his driving. He had scrunched his nose. I wanted to tell him everything. Each and every detail. I didn't want to spoil our moods any further so I just kept quiet.

" are you going to keep staring at me the whole time or are you going to tell me what is going on in your mind?" he asked suddenly.

"I really want to tell everything….. answer all your questions…. But I can't right now."

"why?"

"we are not married yet" I replied in a serious tone.

"what if we go to the court house right now and get married?" he replied

"are you serious." I said unbelievably

"yep. Indeed I am serious."

"you want the answers so bad?"

" no. just making sure you don't change your mind later."

And we were seriously in front of the court house.

'it won't even be open at this time! See its closed."

He opened the door and pulled me out. And literally rushed inside. The place was open and our family was waiting there.

"are you kidding me?! How did I not know"

"I am sorry my king. but sir threatened us." Seb said and all the black knights from all over the world started entering from the front gate. The whole place was filled with my people in black there were atleast a 1000 people. Seb came from behind with a cape and a sword in black with diamonds all over the one given to a black king if he is accepted by all the black knights forever which I never expected because I am strict in many cases, another black knight came with the same type of cape and sword except it was in red. Tears were threatening to fall down my eyes. Projectors were put up around the court house so that the knights standing outside could see the ceremony. We signed the papers and the knights placed the capes on our shoulders and handed us the swords. We kissed and for the first time I had tears streaming down my face. Everyone was clapping loudly, everyone was smiling and I saw the red queen and some other women in the crowd crying while smiling. This is my family and it will forever be. Suddenly I saw a man behind a pole aiming his gun to a black knight. Before he could pull the trigger I took out my gun and shot him. He fell down and I walked towards him. He was clearly taking his last breath.

"you do not try to touch my people."

" so you are a girl! Vincent will be happy too know" and he took put his phone to click a picture, but before he could do that I shot him twice again and he lay there dead.

"one normal day is all I ask for!" Russell said from behind.

" trust me that's clearly never happening." I replied

Everyone congratulated me and Russell. we thanked everyone and my driver drove us towards my house. We entered and went to my room.

"nice house! And even better room."

"the one place I never worry about."

"what if they know that you are a girl?"

"my knights already know since the start and I have instructed my experts to delete every type of evidence. Nothing will happen."

"who was that man?"

"Ben…. A spy of the yellow king. my people will handle him. Nothing to worry about."

"ok. I trust you."

"oh you better." I smiled

I opened my wardrobe and saw Russell's clothes on one side

"when?" I asked

" I have my ways babe." I blushed a bit but took out shorts and a loose t-shirt and went to the bathroom to change.

When I came out I saw Russell already changed into shorts with no t-shirt.

"were a t-shirt!"

although he had a nice body but that ain't working on me

"but I sleep like this!"

" not anymore" and he jumped into the covers

I climbed on the bed and went to sleep instantly. I was too tired to do anything right now.
