Kori’s abilitys and such..

|AN- I want to point out something, Quirks are strange. Unpredictable. Something is happening to Kori.. His quirk is evolving.. it's changing and inflecting his emotions.. I keep checking the comments to see if anyone has noticed it but no one did. I will make a small Status sheet of his personality and abilities. For those who need more information.]

Quirk: {Winter Ruler}

Positive Traits: Heroic, Loyal, Funny, Laidback, Hardworking.

Negative Traits: Insecure, Anxiety, BattleLust, Anger issues(Hasn't shown but has it.), Closet pervert.

Quirk abilities:

*Base state: User can make and control Ice and Snow. Example, User can make about half of the max amount of Ice Shoto can in this state, but also has greater control.

*Ice regeneration: This is a form of Super regeneration that can heal Injuries, this makes The user effectively immune to poison and getting mutilated, For example If user's entire arm is chopped off the arm that was cut off will melt into a puddle and the user's Injury will be healed in a matter of seconds.. However this has One drawback, If the User was in there Crown state previously they suffer from physical damage that the ability can't heal, however the ability is also protecting the user's body and mind from breaking while in the Crown state, But this also damages the user's body once out the Crown state.. This ability can't heal Stamina..

*Crown State: This ability boosts the User's overall abilitys by a huge amount but in return makes the user crazy. The user can make Living constructs that melt away upon leaving the State, note that the living constructions have no fear of death, and quite frankly just want to get what their master wants done complete, compare them to Mr MeSeeks from Rick and Morty.. User can also Fly, has enhanced body and senses. And has the side effect of passively enhancing the Users body, this makes the user affectively immortal and will stop Ageing at physical maturity.

Hybrid State: A slight mix of both states.. If user keeps using this ability it can have a effect on user's emotional state and mind…
