Well I mean mc should not be op from the start but when he has a title of demigod or half-god with power of chakra,sun breathing and holy power we do expect him to able to stand against high rank devils atleast low rank devils are cannon fodder when mc who is bron as a god could not even defeat a cannon fodder then would it not better to make him some other character where we would not have any expectations of him
