Journey in Calm Belt

After we got far away from Lougetown thanks to the sudden storm that helps us moving faster through the sea. We can finally relax a bit after we escape from the stormy sea. The weather also changed drastically, there are no winds blowing and sea currents at all, it feels like all around our ship is suddenly stop moving.

Nami suddenly panicked and start yelling "Row back the ship to the stormy sea right now! Faster!!"

We all got confused by Nami reaction.

"Nami what's wrong? We just escape from the storm. It's finally safe and peaceful in here" Ussop said.

They all nodded in agreement with Ussop except Nami and Dan.

"This is dangerous, we need to escape immediatelly from here" Dan said agreeing with Nami.

"These sea is called Calm Belt also known as the ships graveyard, these sea almost never have ocean currents or winds blowing, and are also the nesting grounds for Sea Kings." Nami said while shivering.

Suddenly we felt a shockwave through the sea and then we saw the sea kings infesting the water start to rise up from the deep sea of Calm Belt.

What we saw was a nightmare since massive sea kings surrounded our ship. Each sea king is as tall as a mountain and none of us ever seeing sea kings these huge in our lives.

"KYAAAAAAAAAAAA...." we all scream together.

As if this nightmare is not enough for us, suddenly a massive sea king emerges from under our ship and taking Going Merry with all of us inside it to a greater height on top of sea king's head right in front of it's freaking huge nose.

Luffy got panicked and using his gomu-gomu punch he punch the inside of sea king's nose.

Suddenly the huge sea king sneezes and blow our ship towards the centre of Calm Belt.

I felt like something is wrong, in the anime the sea king sneezed and blow Luffy's ship towards the stormy sea away from the Calm Belt. At this moment however that stupid sea king sneezed at different angle and send us further deep in to the Calm Belt.

So right now our ship is flying with high speed to an unknown location deep inside Calm Belt.

While on the air Nami saw an unknown island near the location where our ship will be landed.

"There is an island nearby, we need to rows to that island as fast as we can as soon as we landed to escape from those sea kings" Nami said.

So when our ship finally landed hard on the water we hurriedly start rowing with full speed towards the island in the middle of Calm Belt.

After so much struggle we finally made it and reach the shore of the island safely. We all then start collapsing to the floor in exhaustion.

"We made it" Nami said in relief

"Yeah, we almost got killed back then" I said

Luffy then start standing up "THAT WAS AWESOME!"

"I need a drink" Zoro muttered

"I'm alive I'm alive I'm alive" Ussop said while rolling back and forth on the floor

"I'm hungry, Sanji give me foods!" Luffy said while sitting on the floor

"I need to rest first before start cooking later" Sanji said

I start looking at our surrounding "Where are we?"

After sometimes we finally got some rest and start eating at the kitchen together while discussing our situation.

"So we're stuck at this island?" Zoro said

"Yeah, since we can't sail at Calm Belt at all" Nami said

"We can row our ship like before right?" Luffy asked

"No, we can survived earlier because our ship landed near the island away from those sea kings" Nami said "but if we row our ship further away from the island we will definitelly got eaten by those sea kings"

"It's okay we only got a nightmare, after we woke up later we will be back at East blue" Ussop said while everyone is ignoring his statement

"We need to explore this island" Zoro said

"I agree with Zoro" I said

"I will protect Nami and follow her everywhere on this island" Sanji said while smiling to Nami

"So we will begin our journey on this island. Sanji prepare bento for me!" Luffy said while grinning in excitement for a new adventure.

So we begins exploring this unknown island with excitement.

20 minutes later

We all back at Going Merry with dissapointed face plastered in our face.

"So we basically stranded our selves on a little island in the middle of Calm Belt" Nami said to all of us

"Yeah... We're screwed" Ussop said

"At least we still have a lot of foods to survive for a few weeks" Sanji said

"We can catch those sea kings for the meats" Luffy said

"They are way stronger than you Luffy" Zoro said

"I can train to get stronger than those sea kings in no time" Luffy said with confidence in his eyes

Suddenly I remembered something and hit the table suprising everyone else.

"I know a way to make us all escape from this Calm Belt" I stated.

"How??" they all asked at the same time.

So I ask all of them to the beach and start taking out many sea stones from my inventory.

I got all this sea stones from the sunken marine ship back then, I also scrap all the sea stones that was covering the bottom of that sunken marine ship.

"We need to cover the bottom of Going Merry with this sea stones so we can safely row our ship on Calm Belt"

I then explain the use of sea stones to them and how I got them in the first place.

It will take more than a week to cover Going Merry's bottom with sea stones since none of us are proffesional carpenters.

During all this time we just train our selves on the island while waiting for Going Merry's make over to be completed.

We train like crazy on the island, we all feel we needs to get stronger to protect our selves and our friends/families in the future. We even stays a bit longer on the island to train even after Going Merry completed it's make over.

Two and a half weeks later

We rows Going Merry (the bottomside is now covered in sea stones) away from the island following the log pose that Nami purchased back in Loguetown. When we finally can see sea currents and winds blowing on the sea after rowing our ship for a few days in the Calm Belt, we know that we have finally reach Grand Line.

So we start sailing Going Merry like usual to reach our destination pointed by the log pose.

I feel dissapointed that I didn't manage to met Laboon and Crocus. I know Laboon will still be okay since Crocus is protecting it from any danger. Crocus is a legendary doctor and a former crewmate of Gol D Roger so I don't think any one will be able to defeat him. I just hope Crocus didn't kill Miss Wednesday or Princess Vivi when she tried to kill Laboon with Mr. 9 to complete their assignment from Baroque works.

I guess the plot will still protect her just like Luffy, as for Brooks I can just tell him that I know Laboon before I Join Luffy so he will still join Luffy's crew to meet Laboon later on.

So right now Going Merry is sailing towards it's next destination which is Cactus Island in the Grand Line.

"Can't wait to get there and see some actions after a long while" I muttered.
