"Calm down, Man...I did. It wasn't easy though, she knew how to cover her tracks. But maybe not her fault, her military husband seems to develop connections to hide them away all this time. But it seemed they are no longer in hiding, which seemed kind of strange. They are currently in Textile State with their two daughters, Kristine and Rhea...." The detective further went on to explain.

"Kristine? yeah...that's her name. She is that adopted daughter of hers, right? The girl she nurtured in our place." The gloomy expression on Eric's face returned once more.

"I thought all these years were enough to instill a form of regret, so she could ponder on her actions, with even a little bit of remorse.... but I guess not. What about the odds and ends?" Eric keenly asked, trying to control the pain in his voice.

"Not yet! I am on it! Just give me three days, and you will have all the information you need." The Detective persuaded the impatient star.

"Hurry! I need everything you can get your hands on, so I can connect all the dots." Eric returned.

It's finally time for his retribution, for all the lies and deceit they had to incur in the absence of their loving Nanny, who abandoned both him and his brother for money.

But instead, what pierced their heart, even more, was that she disappeared with a complete stranger as her daughter, after all the promises and good times they all shared and went through together.
