The girl took a step away from them and shook the grip of the man from her collar. "Let go brother!'
When Serene heard Brother she instinctively looked at the man beside her. 'Brother?' She began to remember their earlier conversation from the elevator to the room.
Then his way of talking strikes her that how his conversation talked about Ayesha how it sounds he is familiar to the person in that ward.
She looked back to the girl and with a gentle smile asked "Ayesha?"
Ayesha looked surprised by her question "How did you know?"
"Your brother told me." Serene asked Ayesha about her name because she remembered that Soham yelled her no. of times from that lockup room to the hospital and she didn't look back to Ayesha's brother for any explanation for not telling her earlier. He was not obliged to her anyway.
"Huh? You know my brother?" Ayesha's eyes suspected her brother. Why would her brother know about Serene?
