Wilfred went straight for the blacksmith pavilion. When he arrived many of the self-taught blacksmiths greeted him. He was well known all around the country. He had the blacksmith badge and was very eye catching. He nodded towards the different people. Now he could even tell some major problems in the weapons those people sold because of his vast experience with the simulation. When he entered the pavilion, he did not waste much time and went to the second floor right away. He saw that the hole made by Bernie's body was repaired and the hall was VIP looking like always. There were a lot of equipment around but now Wilfred knew that all of this was subpar at best. He now understood what Max was talking about. He was ready to head towards Edens office on the second floor when he noticed him talking with one of the wealthy clients. Wilfred wanted to rush towards Eden and tell him what he had experienced but he held back. He needed to give face to Eden and the costumer he received. After some time, Eden finished his conversation and headed to Wilfred. The pavilion master noticed his friend and rival at the same time. When he got closer to Wilfred he said: "Well how is the training going? Was it worth it? Even if you say that it wasn't you still need to give me back my money."
Wilfred laughed and said: "It is going pretty well. I just came here to give you a few long swords for your VIP costumers. They are much better than the sword I gave you before."
Eden looked at Wilfred with a strange face and said: "How much better can it be? You have been there 3 days. It should be around 3 years in the simulation. How much could you study?"
Wilfred smirked and said: "Do you have my old sword that I gave you before? We can just exchange a hit and you will see the difference."
Eden looked at him with a strange expression and said: "Yeah I still have it. I wanted to put it as the final item in the auction in the end of this week. Well, I bring the sword and let's try. I don't believe you anyway my friend. You need to cool down. Bring the sword of Wilfred here!"
The attendant brought the sword Wilfred gave Eden before the simulation studies.
"Well, what do you want to do now? How should we test your weapon?" Eden asked. He was not sure what was going on, but he wanted to give Wilfred a shot. Even if his buddy failed, he would make himself lose face Infront of all the other blacksmiths. It will not hard his reputation much, but it will be a fun fact to remind his old friend from time to time, so he won't get too arrogant.
"Well let's just clash with the swords. Just don't stand behind the sword because I afraid for your well-being friend. Let's just clash with the swords while standing in max range so we won't be able to hit each other if something unexpected happens. We are pretty similar in terms of our knight level cultivation so the difference will be in the weapon quality." Wilfred said. He and Eden were both at the second level of apprentice knight.
Eden nodded. After that they got into a comfortable distance and clashed. After that the hall fell silent. After a short time, a huge commotion broke out. The clash happened in the VIP hall and all of the blacksmiths, and the VIP clients saw what happened. Most of them knew about the sword Wilfred brought before so they could not believe he got something so much better out of nowhere. The famed sword Wilfred handed the pavilion master before got cut in half by a new sword that he brought. The new sword was not even damaged. For a knight it was a heavenly weapon. If you knew that you would cut through most of the weapons people will just not expect the outcome and just most likely get injured or killed in the aftermath of the clash.
After getting out of his daze Eden asked: "Where the hell you got this sword from?"
"I made it recently." Wilfred said.
"There is no way!" Eden said.
"Eden lets go and speak in private." Wilfred said with a serios face. After a couple of second Eden nodded. When the due arrived at the office leaving the dumbfounded crowd behind Eden asked: "Wilfred are you kidding right? There is no way you did this sword. Is it the simulation?"
"Yeah. I only started it. The sword that cut through my previous made sword is only the second level task. The funnier thing is that I got congratulation from the system for getting the blacksmith apprentice level. Do you understand what it means? Also, the simulation will teach me how to enchant. I'm sure you heard of this legendary skill. For this simulation it's something that normal blacksmiths should know." Wilfred said with a smile.
"What the fuck!? Are you serious? You should be touching on a level of a master blacksmith. Not an apprentice!" Eden screamed.
"Well, I got my views changed on the world. You should also understand that our level is really low compared to real blacksmithing. We live in a level one empire. You should remember this." Wilfred said with a sigh.
"I will get back to train more. I will try to get to a level of real blacksmith. I'm not sure how long it should take but when I have better weapons, I will send you some for sale. If you want, you can come as well. You should know that there are some materials to study that are critical for your understanding in blacksmithing. It took me more than a year to really get the all the information sorted in my head so be ready for it. I'm pretty sure most of the blacksmiths will not be able to pass the test of the system for the study of the books." Wilfred said while getting out of his seat and preparing to leave.
"I will come when I can. I need to sell your weapons now. I think you don't really understand that even the royal family may send representatives to buy those weapons. They are just too good. When I finish will all the mess I will come." Eden said with a sigh. After that Wilfred explained the characteristics of all his 3 swords. After more small talk Wilfred waved his hand and left.
