20 minutes passed by and Noah had Finally finished eating the heart, He got up and reached for a towel sitting sitting on a chair across the room. During this time Julian finished collecting all the blood from the table into 3 full buckets.. Once Noah finished wiping the blood from his body he sat down on the floor and began to cultivate. The heart had pushed him to the peak of the bone refinement realm and he needed to consolidate this new power within his body to break through to the soul forming realm. This realm requires one to merge their body and soul together to achieve harmony between the two. Once this process is completed the cultivator will have successfully become a soul forming realm body cultivator. Julian wanted to make sure this process was easy for Noah so he pulled out 6 High grade soul stones and placed them on the floor around him. Noah began to break through and his body began to absorb his own psychic energy before beginning to absorb the stones around him as well. Noah's face scrunched up and he breathed heavy. He felt like his body was being stabbed by hundreds of tiny toothpicks as the immense Psychic energy began to flood inside. Julian watched every moment of the process to make sure Noah didn't have any problems. 3 minutes passed by quickly and to Julian's surprise the soul stones around Noah had already been absorbed but his body was still going. He moved quickly and silently and placed another 6 soul stones around Noah. Julian himself had no idea what he was doing but the knowledge he gained from the man was guiding him along in everything he did.

If any one were to see what he was doing they would have a heart attack. Only the young masters of powerful Cultivators and sects could have this kind of treatment. A harvested high grade soul stone only costs 10 Hq but a natural high grade could go for as much as 100-150 HQ. Most body cultivators spent years if not decades on this part as buying enough soul stones was difficult. Unlike Noah who had 100% Absorption, most cultivators could only absorb 55% at best which meant they would need more soul stones.

The process continued for an hour and Noah's body was thoroughly baptized by Psychic energy. He opened his eyes and looked at Julian who was standing beside him silently. He saw the big smile on Julian's face and smiled as well. He was going to get up but Julian stopped him.

As soon as Noah heard this he felt pain in his chest, His spiritual sea was going crazy. Normally one's spiritual sea is calm and tranquil but right now it is raging and fiercer than a hurricane. . When he finished he was so exhausted from the whole procedure that he fell asleep. Julian caught him and took him to his bed. On the way to Noah's room he ran into His sister who became worried when she saw Noah who was passed out.

" Is my brother ok! "

She ran up and stood on her tippy toes as she looked at her brothers face. Julian placed Noah on the bed then patted the little girl on the head.

" Don't worry, He's only sleeping after a hard day of training. "

By the end he managed to contract with over 19 stars gaining dozens of new abilities related to his star power. Satisfied he took a moment to look over the world he now lived in. It was truly beautiful to see everything from this high up. As he was looking at the various Territories around the blue sun Territory he noticed something odd a couple Territories to the north of the blue sun Territory. A black line stretched east and west across several Territories. Below the line there was green lands and cities full of life. To the north of the line the land was barren and some parts were completely black or on fire. This was odd because when he had first used Celestial contract and looked around, this line was gone and the barren lands were green and full of life. While he thought about it he looked around and noticed a purple looking cloud moving south east. It was slow and over 6 Territories away so Julian ignored it for now. He was going to go back to contacting stars but a sudden critical notification appeared in front of him.

One of the 40 soldiers stood guard at the front gate. His name was Tony Valker and he had a large frame similar to Julian with spiked brown hair. A sword lay in its sheath along his waist and an Ak-47 sat in his arms.

" Have a good day sir!"

Tony finished speaking and looked to the next person coming into the city. As he was talking with Them he noticed a man with a small frame walking towards himself. He had a spear in hand and wore black robes. At first he thought nothing of it, just another guy trying to skip the line. Once the man got a little closer he realized this was something important. The Mysterious man had clear white skin signaling he was in the ensoulment realm or above. Tony went to grab his radio, a strange device given to him by God Emperor Julian.

Not even a second after he raised the radio to his mouth the strange man threw his spear at him. The spear carried with it a power Tony could not comprehend. It Pierced his Chest and stuck him to the gate which cracked in half. Another man Named Larry who was on guard duty with Tony activated an emergency beacon and yelled for the civilians to rush inside.

The next moment the wall of turrets on the front wall began to fire. Thousands of bullets poured onto the approaching man. Seeing the oncoming attack the man was shocked and hurried to activate a defensive skill. A Blood red bell appeared around the hooded man and blocked the first couple rounds of fire. The bell broke soon after and the man was hit by hundreds of Bullets. He fell to his knees and died, shocked and confused as to how. The turrets ceased fire as Larry stared at the mans shredded body. In the sky above the strangers shredded corpse appeared another man in the same type of robe. He saw the dead man on the floor and a killing intent so intense and violent was released, all the men and women in the city fell over. They were confused, scared and felt sick as they layed on the floor groaning and crying. The powerful man look up at the wall and noticed that the strange metal weapons on the wall began to aim at himself so he hastily began to move forward. He pulled out a sword from his waist and began to use a martial skill while simultaneously activating a protective treasure on his hip. The barrage of bullets was nothing to the powerful treasure and were destroyed upon impact. The defense system saw that the bullets weren't working so they began to aim the large artillery battery on the top of the wall. Before the artillery could get into position to fire the man unleashed his attack. 8 qi filled Sword strikes slammed into the center of the wall causing it to collapse. Tony, Larry and about a dozen civilians were crushed by the crumbling wall. The man was about to rush in but he froze when he saw a man appear in the sky above the wall.

" Who are you? "

Julian spoke with a calm voice but on the inside he was livid!

The mysterious man recognized Julian and laughed.

" Who i am doesn't matter, what matters is you have killed an important disciple of my sect. I was originally only going to scare and rob you but now I am going to kill you and raze this city to the ground. Then I will take away these strange contraptions and make a killing off your work. "

Julian did not wish to fight this man as he was clearly very skilled. So instead of taking a risk fighting the strange man he began to condense some of his vast psychic energy and launched a psychic arrow at the mans head. The initial psychic energy fluctuations bursts terrified the man but before he could do anything about it, the arrow hit him directly in the face and slammed into his soul. His paralyzed body fell directly to the ground face first. He was at the psychic knight stage so he could somewhat withstand it but the pain and damage it caused was horrendous!

He looked up at Julian with a fearful gaze as blood slowly poured out of his eyes and ears. The strange man felt nothing but Terror at this moment as he desperately tried to crawl away and get up somehow. He was confused and angry as he crawled away, He screamed and screamed The same word as he crawled away. " HOW! HOW DO YOU HAVE IT! " Julian looked at the man and shook his head before laughing. Most cultivators will never practice psychic skills besides teleportation and defense skills because the Covenant has strict control over them. Plus when one uses any type of attack related psychic skill they open a small portal into the chaos realm. if the user is too weak and not well trained there is a small chance they could become possessed and create a chaos tear.

Thanks to marks teachings Julian knew all about this and was able to use his powers without much fear of the chaos realm.

Julian moved quickly and stomped on the mans back crushing him back into the ground. He picked up the man from the neck and looked into his eyes. The dying man coughed up blood and spoke in a hysterical voice as he cried. " HOW DO YOU HAVE PSYCHIC ATTACK SKILLS? " Julian ignored the man and his psychic force flowed directly into the mans mind and cut off his soul from his body, causing the struggling man to fall limp. With the man incapacitated in his hand he released his own aura. A wild and unrestrained aura emerged from Julian and overwhelmed the man. He looked at the mans ugly and ripped up face and let out 5 words before using chaos devourer on him.

" Die confused and scared Scum! "

His own psychic energy overwhelmed the man's mind and devoured his soul entirely.

The process of devouring the soul was smooth and quick but the after effects were intense. Thanks to Julian's power being leagues above the strangers he suffered no long term effects but he did have one killer headache for now.

With the unwelcome guest dealt with he turned his attention to saving the 2 men that were buried beneath the city walls. With the combined effort of the cities people and hundreds of worker bots the rubble was cleared up in a matter of minutes and the men's bodies were uncovered. Larry was alive but his breathing was rugged and his bones were crushed. Tony on the other hand was dead. The spear attack itself was nearly fatal, not to mention the blood loss and being crushed. Both were taken to a room where they were laid on beds. A man who recently moved to the city claimed to be a doctor so he got to work on Larry with the high grade recovery pills given to him by Julian.

Julian's face was scrunched up and he was incredibly angry. After scouring the mans memory and fully integrating his soul power into his own, he knew who his enemy was. The blue dragon Sect! One of the 9 golden sects of the Koryak kingdom. its leader who he had just killed was the most powerful man within the sect, besides the grand ancestor who was in eternal secluded cultivation.

As he was pondering on what to do a mission popped up.

Julian saw this mission and couldn't make a decision. He was angry and wanted revenge but he was also rational and knew the kind of consequences he could face. Once he materialized he opened a portal to his inner body world and sucked in thousands of Krieg soldiers and tanks and a couple hundred worker bots as well as several thousand transportation vehicles.

Once He had what he wanted He looked at the map and marked where the blue dragon sect was located. He teleported to the skies above the city and gave several orders to the various Ai before flying towards the arrow. His flight speed if measured in his old world would be around mach 6.5, not to mention he has the ability to teleport and an immense psychic power reserve. Within an hour and a half he traveled an incredible 26,000 miles south to the blue dragon sect. As he stood aloof in the skies of the sect he began to think about what he was about to do. He was about to kill everything in this sect of humans. most of these people were innocent and some were even young kids. He thought about it more and more and began to doubt himself again. He knew he shouldn't but he had a strange and painful feeling of needing something. his body craved for something he knew nothing about. He checked his own body with his mind and found nothing out of the ordinary. His body was filled with Nano particles and Nano cells, and he felt maybe it had something to do with them but he had no evidence. and even if it was the cells, its not like he could do anything about it.

He could feel the craving grow stronger the longer he debated with himself.

In the end he decided to check out the sect itself before he made the decision. A moment passed and he landed onto a street of the city besides the sect. The City of blue dragon, Thanks to the giant Blue dragon sect it was a very wealthy city. Its streets were filled with lively people and hundreds of commercial stalls and buildings. There were Alchemy shops, blacksmithing shops, array shops and many more.

Many people saw him land, and among these dozens of people a single man recognized Julian's armor. This man immediately left the scene to report his arrival to the city lord and the sect elders.

Walking through the streets of the city Julian noticed many of the crowd looked at him nicely and any cultivator that passed by showed respect. Julian Knew his armor was attracting a lot of unwanted attention to himself, he simply didn't care. With his strength in soul power and cultivation, few men were his match in the Koryak kingdom. Plus he Loves wearing cool armor like this.

Seeing all the happy people around himself he was able to suppress the painful feeling in his body. He had suffered for so long in his own mind, this much was not a problem. Keeping his urge at bay he made his way down the street until he felt someone tug at his leg. He looked down and saw a kid in ragged clothing. The boy looked up at him and spoke.

" Can you please help me mister! "

As he finished speaking a kid a couple years older than him ran over accompanied by two bodyguards.

The three of them saw the kid then looked up at Julian and froze.

" Greetings Sir! "

The two guards immediately fell to one knee in front of himself.

" What's going on? "

Julian's asked the two men as well as the kid next to him.

The kid spoke up first.

" I didn't do anything! "

The boys loud voice attracted the attention of many onlookers. The older boy got mad when he heard this and hastily spoke out in anger.

" This stupid little thief stole my Cultivation Bracelet! "

He pointed to a small golden bracelet in the younger boys left hand. Julian looked to the younger boy and asked him a question.

" Why did you steal this bracelet? "

The boy looked sad and and didn't answer. Julian looked that the boys very skinny frame and figured he knew why.

" Give me the bracelet "

Hearing this sentence the boy looked at Julian with a tinge of unease and fear in his eyes.

" Don't be scared kid., just give me the bracelet. "

The kid saw that he had no way out anymore and handed the bracelet to Julian with an incredibly sad look on his face.
