As a young child Sebastian developed savant syndrome in the field of physics and mathematics as a result of a fall off of a building while playing, this came at the unfortunate cost of a slow and permanent necrosis of some parts of his brain, beginning with his short term memory and advancing to his fine motor functions and emotions, eventually losing all ability to feel emotions at all, as well as some of his processing abilities, and now as an adult he begins to find himself with more extreme symptoms, periodic temporary amnesia, and an inability to process basic things, getting diagnosed by a doctor he finally becomes aware of the extent of the damage to his brain, and understanding that he only has so long to live, and will likely soon lose all higher brain function, decides to end his life early, now he finds himself in the world of an anime, one he had never watched himself, and only knew of from passing mention and memes. And with the ability to see reality in its raw form instead of the color and sound he is used to, as well as spatiokinesis, energy manipulation, and telekinesis, watch as he slowly rediscovers what it is like to feel.

Chapter 19

"Well then, now that the demonstration is over, let's start the actual test now, yes?"

The students murmured their agreements, as Aizawa clapped his hands together.

"Great, then the first test will be a 50 meter dash, I will be calling up students in groups of two to save time."

Suddenly two voices decided to butt in, as they spoke the words they would very quickly come to regret, as both the redhead and pink girl shout in unison. "This looks like so much fun!" as a few other students nod their heads, silently agreeing with the sentiment. Although most lost their smiles when they saw the slowly forming smile on Aizawa's face.

"Oh so you think this is all fun and games huh? Well since you lot want to be heroes, let's add some risk into the mix, after all, what fun is a game with no challenge? So how about this? Whoever comes last in this test will be deemed to be without potential, kicked from the hero course, and sent to the general course. Sounds fun right?

"""WHAT!?""" almost the entire class suddenly screams, as I'm forced to actively reduce the amount of noise that reaches me, lest they rupture my sensitive eardrums.

"BUT IT'S ONLY THE FIRST DAY? YOU CAN'T DO THAT!"

"Well actually, if any of you bothered to read the handouts, you would know that I can, in fact, do just that, so if you don't want to get kicked out of this class, then show me that you're worthy of staying. This course exists to train potential heroes, not to enable incompetents."

I tuned out Bakuhoes grating input about how they were all just competing for second place, and that "all you extra's should give up." as I smiled internally, making sure to keep my face completely blank, after all, I had just gotten my opportunity to rid myself of a certain nuisance, as I thought of a certain purple goblin. 'Sorry about this Mineta, but you have to go, actually, who am I kidding, go fuck yourself you horny goblin, this is what you get for lusting after Nier.

From then on, the test starts as normal, although all the students go at every test with near fanatic vigor.

In all honesty, at the start, I never even thought I would have to do anything for Mineta to get last place, after all, his performance in every test was quite pathetic, although my sentiment changed when we reached the side jumps.

After all, watching him suddenly break the laws of physics by bouncing off of his balls faster than he hit them was shocking, 'I really need to stop thinking of quirks within the laws of physics.'

Unfortunately I wasn't so kind as to simply let him continue with his blatant disregard for the laws of reality, so I simply reached out with my domain and slowly sapped some of his inertia, causing him to hit the floor just before his small wall of purple paradoxically bouncy/sticky balls, after all, I was confident I was the only one able to pick up his higher speed after the first bounce, as the change was minimal, so it simply looked like he had enough energy for the first bounce, but not the next.

He tried a few more times, but was always met with the same result, and from then on he also seemed to get worse results in the rest of the tests, seemingly getting tired quicker, and running slower. 'What a shame. What do you mean I'm the one doing it? He just has a bad physique!'

Eventually, we reached the final test, the ball throw, with Mineta firmly in last place, as he hung his head in a depressed manner. In all honesty, I might have even felt bad for him, well, at least I might have if he wasn't yelling and bitching about how "NO! MY PROMISED HAREM LIFE! NOW I'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO FUCK ALL THOSE HOT CHICKS!" what a shame he somehow became temporarily impotent after that statement, what do you mean "What did you do to him?" I plead the fifth!

Anyway, I simply watch as each and every student takes their turn throwing the ball with all their might, eventually arriving at the famous scene in which Midoriya steps up to the plate, his face a picture of nervousness, as he pulls back his arm to throw and! The ball hits the ground mere meters from his spot, as he stares down at his arm in horror, before Aizawa explains he sealed Midoriya's powers.

I had heard so many people complain about how Aizawa was being overly hard on Midoriya, but let me just ask you something.

Many of the students here have quirks that have absolutely no effect on their physical capabilities. Let's take Toru as an example, her quirk simply makes her invisible, nothing more, nothing less. So then, why did Toru get a better score than Midoriya in almost every test so far?

Was it because she had a physical advantage as a quirk user? No. Sure after the appearance of quirks, many of humanity's physical limitations had loosened or disappeared, with people being able to grow much stronger than their pre quirk ancestors, but this was not limited to quirk users, as even quirkless people all had this same advantage.

No, the reason Toru got better results, was because she actually trained for this. Sure 'but Midoriya trained for 6 months!' but 6 months is basically nothing in the grand scheme of things, Toru had been training for most of her life for this. So why did Midoriya train less? Was it because he didn't think he could be a hero? No, evidently he had ambitions of surpassing even Allmight despite being quirkless, no the main reason is simply because Midoriya is a pathetic loser who up until this point, capitalized on his self pity as a quirkless person, and never bothered to improve himself.

Sure, you will say, 'but Midoriya spent a lot of time analyzing other heroes!' But tell me, how would that actually help him become one, certainly it would help if his aspirations were to become an analyst, or a support hero, or even a celebrity or reporter, but in what way does any of that help him become a better fighter? Sure it means he could analyze his opponents, but what is more important? Being able to analyze your opponents? Or knowing how to fight, and having the physical abilities to actually do so?

My point is, Midoriya is not as much a victim as he was portrayed to be in the story, yes he was disadvantaged as a quirkless human, but even quirkless people can train to be near superhuman in this world. No, he was simply a whiny, pathetic brat, who used his quirkless nature as an excuse for his lack of effort.

Also, sure Aizawa canceled the boy's quirk, but why did the ball simply land on the floor less than a few meters from him? Was he completely incapable of even throwing a ball without his quirk?

Which is another point, even if he can barely control it, his use of his new quirk is beyond pathetic, he is so blinded by his worship of Allmight that he doesn't even consider the possibility that he could use the power differently.

So he acts like Allmight, putting all of his power into a single limb.

When instead, if he was as smart as he was made out to be, he could have evenly distributed his power across his form.

Not only would this improve his body's durability, it would put much less strain on each muscle, meaning he wouldn't destroy himself with every move, and also mean he could train each and every part of his body at the same time to allow him to use more in the future.

There is a reason why athletes use their entire bodies in their movements, and why fighters do the same, as it allows you to generate much more force with much less effort.

For example, if you punch someone from a standstill, it would do much less damage than if you spun your entire body into the punch.

Anyway, I'm sure I've made enough of a point of why Midoriya is undeserving of my sympathy. So I simply watch as he hypes himself up after Aizawa's speech, having the bright, but still stupid, Idea to only focus his power on a single finger, which prompt snaps under the force, as his bones are turned to dust, and he stares back at the impressed, but still obviously disappointed form of Aizawa.

Finally it's my turn, as I step up to the plate.

"DO YOUR WORST EXTRA!" I hear a loud, annoying yell. 'How butthurt can one be for losing, jesus fucking christ dude.'

I simply catch the ball Aizawa throws at me, as I wonder how to go about this.

I want to get the highest score, which should be easy. I should mention that unlike the original, Uraraka did not in fact get infinity as her score, as unlike in the anime, friction exists here, so even if the ball was not pulled back by gravity, it simply stopped in the air after a good distance, although the score was still, nonetheless impressive, at a whopping 1.19 Km.

I have a few ways I could go about this, but I want my score to be impressive, and while it would probably be more impressive to throw entirely through the atmosphere at a very great distance, I can not realistically get more than a few dozen Km like that, so I will do like Uraraka did in the original, and throw my ball into space, allowing me to get a much more impressive seeming score of infinity.

A few quick calculations later, and I square up once again, my throw much the same as before, although this time the air around me suddenly drops a few degrees, as I steal the air's kinetic energy, runes form along the ball, as I inject some of my energy into it, a simple formation that will simply stop the effects of gravity on the ball, as it turns any downwards force into upwards force, not actually accelerating the ball, but preventing gravity from decelerating it.

Think of it this way, the earth constantly pulls the ball towards it at 9.8 M/S squared, and the formation constantly turns the downwards force into upwards force, canceling it out.

Then, I warp space in the path of the ball, shrinking the relative distance, while also lowering atmospheric pressure within, allowing the ball to travel much faster relative to earth than it should, even being able to travel faster than light relative to earth.

Unfortunately, while this sounds like a very powerful attack, it is not actually viable in combat, as objects within the warped space cannot interact with objects outside of it, so while it is useful for delivering something to a specific location, if I wanted to hit something, I would first have to drop the warping, meaning the object would go back to its real speed. Which in this case, was a relatively slow 75 M/S, as the vast majority of my energy was going into the runes and spatial warping instead of the object's actual speed.

The ball leaves my hand, seeming to stretch as it suddenly shoots of into the distance, far faster than the human eye can follow, as Aizawa looks back at his tablet, before looking back at me for confirmation, as I nod, confirming to him that the ball is in fact, in space, and as such will continue to fly until it hits another object.

"Fenrir, score, infinity, by proxy of having sent the ball outside of earth's gravitational influence."

(an, sorry if this chapter isn't great quality, as well as that I've been gone for so long, I have been incredibly sick the last few days, to the point I haven't eaten anything but broth, as I vomit anything solid, and as such I have been out of commission for a while, I can't even speak, my throat is so sore. I only posted today because I felt bad for being gone for so long, and because I got a new box of Ibuprofen, so I could actually function,-I have a terrible headache-. Hope you enjoyed, sorry for being gone for so long, I have not abandoned the story.)
