Chapter 11

After reassuring and getting Sean to get back to sleep, I headed downstairs to where everyone else is.

"So dad," I started to talk in front of everyone. "In two weeks I am going hunting and I will put together a team mixed. Sean told me what is going on ansd I will let him tell you what is is when he is ready. Other wise I am going to tend to this problem. Oh another thing I am going to have him staying near me until this is taken care of. When I go hunting, Dad, I need you to keep an eye on him and everyone around. If i had to tell you the seriousness of the situation, I would give it a medium to high threat level."

"Okay," dad responded. "We can handle that. Also are you going to create a team from everyone? How are you going to get everything done?"

"Well to start off I am going to make sure there is a mix of strengths that stays with the pack," I told dad. "I do know for sure that I want to spread the strength of the pack not take any away. David is going to stay with you to keep everything on track. Also he will be ableto tend to the pack needs as well. I am thinking of taking Dylan, Colt, Nathan, Vince, Pete, Ralph, and Blake. I figure that with these guys that we would be strong enough to take care of the problem and it still leaves the pack protected. Honestly do not want to see any wolves attack us because the humans almost as strong as the wolves. On top of that with what my uncles and you have in training, boy do I remember the training you guys put me through."

"Well that training is what got you where you are right now," dad said. "Yes you are right we gave you no slack but we wanted to teach you control. Your anger is what had us concerned the most until the first set of wolves came and you saved them from danger. Once they swore to you with blood, that was when we saw the change in you. Those who swore to you seemed to anchor you and your anger settled down as well."

"What do you mean she had anger problems until wolves swore to loyalty to her?" asked Hunter.

"Well," Dad anwsered. "See when I found her as a baby adbanded. it took a while to get her to settle into a from because she was shifting between her human and wolf. Than trying to get her to sleep was hell in it own. She was very clingy because of the adbandment that had happened. So between me and her uncles we took turns having her sleep on our chests as we sleep. As she grew that was when we found out that the adbandment had more or less had caused her to have emtional issues."

"We normally do not shift til we turn fifteen," Logan stated. "Only on rare occation like adbandment, or abuse. They will either shift early or shift at a later age. Mostly depends on what their needs for survival will need. At least that is what I was taught."

"Well she ended up shifting at avery young age," dad continued his anwser. "In fact she was a ticking time bomb with a very short fuse. So we did what we could to get her to control that but it was not until she stepped in to save david, leon, nathan, lyle and josh. After she took out the other wolves who wanted their blood. The guys saw her as a worthy person to be their alpha and did a loyalty blood oath. Appearantly this kind of oath is very old and rare, not done any more in the packs as elder Josh has told us. This has made a strong bond that has helped Pheonix in many ways. One is controling her anger and now only her pack can calm her down enough. second is that now she has a been accepted as who she is and that had help tostart healingher some. Third now she has something more to guard and this leads to why some of her guys call her the blood bath queen. Some of the packs she has helped have a deep respect for her because she has not only helped them but took care of a problem that they struggled with. In the packs she helped and than trained them to better themselves. But on thing she did do was highlight how it is important for the female to have some training in fighting to at least protect themselves and the pups. This way their survival rate will be higher and gives the worriors a chance to come to the aid if anyone slips through their defenses."

While dad told the guys about me and how I protect those under me, I was think about the information we had gathered on the rouges and what Sean had told me. They were focused on that but I heard a whimper from upstairs. Like a sling shot I was up and moving before anyone could respond to anything more. As soon as I walked into Sean's room I smelt and felt something off.

First I checked on Sean which I found he was still sleeping. So I figure the whimper came from him when the unknown entered his room. I slowly walk around the room taking in and smelling the room. Tracking only one person and it heads to the closet. The sent goes from the window to the bed than straight to the closet.

Growling lowly I call out, "Get out of that closet right now."

Out side the door i hear my dad and some of mike's crew moving around. I was focus on the intruder in the house no one else. Angel wanted blood and I was going to get it. I kept on growling apperantly everyone started to get uneasy, even Sean woke up.

"Get out of the room Sean," I growled out. "Get out but keep me between you and the rest of this room."

Growling came from the closet after the inturder heard what I said.

"Well I can see that you are a scared weakling," I growled.

With no warning the inturder lunged out of the closet at me. I just laughed at him as I dodged every move he threw at me.

"Is this all you have?" I asked. "Iam going to ask once and only once. Who sent you? If you choose not to anwser I will have great pleasure in torturing you and that will be very painful."

Unbelievable! This wolf is trying to take me out and I guess it is time to change his mind in attacking. As I got tired of what he was doing, so in retaliation I knocked him out.

"David," I mind link. "I believe it is time to find out if there is any packs near by. If so see if they can hold a prisoner. We can offer to help them withany problems thatthey currently have."

"Yes alpha," He responded back to me. "Ihad sent a message to Alpha Star to see and there is only one pack that he was able reach out to. They seem to have a big increase with rouges attacking."

"So it looks like we are traveling over to that pack," Isaid. "Since i have tempary put you guys as part of my pack. I am taking all members with me unless you guys need to take care of somethings."

"No we took care of all the projects yesturday," Mike said. "After we talked and looked at each project we found out that there was not much left to be done. So we just finished it all up inone day. Now we are waiting on the project that you have. We had figured toall look into what matirials we would need."

"Okay those who are at the hotel is on the way," I told them. "While you were telling us that you are waiting for our projects, I told my betathe directions to here so we can go to the pack that is having problems. So we are going to go help. If there is anything you guys can help this pack with it would be great."
