He was grateful to her for trying to make him happy . Actually he was worried ,his father will refuse the surgery as that old man was afraid of hospitals and spending time there.

He was sad , when he heard she grew up in orphanage but seeing her so happy , he didn't say anything.

He said ,"So , you grew up in orphanage."

She nodded affirmatively .

There was silence for a while .D asked ,"About your father's operation , is it ok with you if we do it tomorrow ? "

"Actually it's earlier the better ,so, I was thinking ...."

He interrupted her and said ,"Its ok with me and I will talk to my father and make him ready . He will be here tomorrow .Or do you want to do the operation elsewhere ?"

She answered,"Actually , your base has operation theatre. I guess it's old military hospital converted into base right ?"

He nodded , "Yes , it was military hospital previously but due to lack of budget it was shut down ."

She remarked ,"Oh ! so now we have all the needed instruments here , if your father is ok with performing his surgery here , if he is nearby , I can perform it here . If he needs to travel more ,then me and my team can go where he is a now and perform surgery there . I'm ok with anything ."

He reasoned ,"No need to trouble yourself, he will come here ."

After some time , he continued,"Do you always do this ?"

She was confused,"Huh.... ??? "

" I'm doctor of course I do surgeries."

He replied," I didn't mean that . I was asking , do you always go to your patients and not the other way around?"

She smiled ," No , not really . It will only happen in case of emergencies and if patients requested specifically . And of course as for your father's surgery , I need to make a good impression ."

He instantly understood what she meant and smiled meaningfully .

She was glad , he understood her and very thankful that he didn't tease her further .

Actually by now , they both had started liking each other or more specifically they started to embrace their feelings .
