Beginning of the Adventure III

Patty went to Gin and said with a smile "Hello mere bastard, how will you be paying today?" Gin looked up at Patty and asked "Do you take lead?" as he aimed the gun at Patty's head. Patty frowned and looked annoyed "If you don't have any money you don't get any FOOD!" as he smashed his fists on top of Gin's head sending him head first into the floor. Gin groaned from the ground, while Patty was looking down on him with disgust "Get out of here we don't serve penniless bastards like you here." Gin got up and left through the doors while Sanji followed him with a plate of food, Luffy noticing Sanji was gone followed after him.

Zeus didn't even look up from the table, as he continued eating seemingly disinterested by the commotion. By the time everyone turned back to the food it was all gone and Zeus was leaning back in his chair smoking. The rest of the people at the table turned to him and yelled "That was OUR food!" Zeus took the cigarette from his mouth and held his hands up and said "Hey c'mon guys! What's mine is yours, and what's yours is mine, right?" He put his hands down and chuckled "And don't worry you're gonna have good food for the rest of your pirating career with that love-cook on your crew. Cut me some slack." Nami was not pleased as she crossed her arms in front of her chest "Well you're gonna have to pay us for it then." Zeus shuddered and grabbed Nami's hand "Oh please my lovely Orange you wouldn't really want me to pay for ALL this food would you? What if I don't have enough money to buy you gifts?" Zeus tried to put on the best puppy dog expression he could make, which would've been a lot more effect without the mask. Nami blushed and held her cheek with her other hand as she turned away "Well I suppose, if you're going to buy me gifts.." Zeus nodded and chuckled as Nami gently pulled her hand back and went to the bathroom. Zoro grabbed Zeus' shoulder and seriously said "How did you do that? Can you teach me?" Zeus gawked at Zoro and said "Um you want to flirt with Nami?" Zoro froze and gripped tighter "No I don't want to keep paying her for breathing" Zeus laughed "Shishishishishi Well let me tell you guys a secret." as all the guys huddled in, including Sanji and Luffy who somehow got back with nobody noticing "Alright so if you want to soothe a girl you have to know what she likes, for me I think its the fact that I don't wear a shirt. I think this method might work for Zoro as well, but most importantly-" Zeus looked around at everyone "Uh why are you guys sweating?" They all pointed behind him, Zeus sighed "She's right behind me isn't she?" They nodded "And she has her fist up, and her mouth has shark teeth, right?" They nodded again, Zeus lit his cigarette and exhaled before yelling "Do your worst WITCH!" Several moments later all the guys had bumps on their head. Zeus rubbed his bump "How on earth do you keep hitting me?" Nami looked confused and the rest of the guys ignored him. Nami asked "What do you m-" Before the door burst open again revealing Gin and another man, Zeus clicked his tongue "This guy is my lucky star!"

Gin came to his knees "Please feed my captain we have money this time and we're starving!" Patty yelled at Gin "You're back again! I thought I told you to leave last time!" The man beside him got down on his knees and begged "Please give me some food we were attacked and lost all of ours!" Gin scrambled to stop him "Don Kreig you shouldn't be begging like this!" that set the whole restaurant a blaze.

"What! He's Don Kreig!"

"The strongest Pirate in the east blue!"

Zeus shook his head and noticed Nami left with the bounty hunters to the ship, he chuckled and followed them secretly jumping on top of the mast as he watched with interest.

"Nami-sis! Everything is fine here" Johnny said, Yosako came out from the galley and said "Here too." Nami looked at them and said "I want to change can you guys turn around?" Johnny and Yosako turned around with a blush on their faces, before feeling someone push them into the water. Nami stuck out her tongue and waving at them setting the ship to sail for Cocoyasi Village, with Zeus in tow. Zeus chuckled and wrote a letter and sent it flying to Johnny and Yosako, who we're out of the water at this point, Johnny caught it and read it before turning around to go tell the others.

Meanwhile Zeus hopped off the mast and sat on the sheep head at the front of the ship and rubbed it. "Hey Merry, sorry I can't be with you guys officially yet but i'll be there every step of the way please don't be sad. I don't know if I can but i will try to save you, I promise." Zeus sighed and laid down to take a nap.

A few hours later, Zeus woke up on the ground tied up in front of a bunch of fishmen. "Huh? where am I? Could've sworn I was on the Merry before this. Damn food comas happens every time" Zeus shook his head an sighed as he looked around before focusing on a certain fishman, he had a long nose that was jagged and sharp and he looked like a shark. Zeus yawned and said "So I guess you're Arlong? The Half-human half-fish scum of the earth?" Arlong was immediately incensed "I don't think you're in any place to humiliate Fishmen right now Human." Zeus shook his head "I'm not humiliating fishmen, actually I think fishmen are pretty cool. It's you and your band of Human hating trash that i'm humiliating, well except Hatchi." Zeus turned to the octopus and waved while chuckling, Hatchi was stunned but still waved back. Zeus gave him a smile and said " You know Hatchi just because these guys are your brothers and friends it doesn't mean you have to do stuff you don't want to do." Arlong was pissed and smashed the ground with his foot "Shut up human!" Zeus turned to Arlong and zapped his chains setting himself free "You know Arlong, I kinda admire Fisher Tiger. He was a great man but he was too kind." Arlong's fists clenched "What are you trying to say?" Zeus took slow steps towards Arlong noticing Nami out the corner of his eye "Well what im trying to say is.." he stopped right in front of Arlong staring him dead in the eyes " Fisher Tiger was a fool! If he had the hindsight he would've killed you." Arlong's eyes turned into slits as Zeus continued "Do you know if I was him and I knew you were going to be the way you are now, I would've left you to be enslaved by the Celestial Dragons?" Arlong reeled back not expecting Zeus to know that Zeus shook his head "Would you like to know what you've caused by spreading your hatred?" Zeus' eyes turned sharp "Your hatred and the spread of it indirectly caused Queen Otohime's death." Arlong and the rest of the fishmen were wide eyed with shock "I assume you remember a little fishman by the name of Hody Jones?" Arlong nodded "He killed Queen Otohime and framed a human. Why would he do that you might ask?"Zeus clicked his tongue and shook his head "Because Queen Otohime was extremely close to her dream of having fishmen and humans become equals you that you would never have to fear being on land, and we're finally free from being cooped up on fishman island. Well of course until she was murdered by her own kind, a man who grew up listening to his hero's stories of how bad humans were. A real shame really." Zeus chuckled and walked out of Arlong Park waving his hand over his back "You think about what I said but truthfully speaking, it doesn't matter your reign of terror ends today. The east blue will be free from the 'evil, and terrorizing' fishmen by the end of the afternoon seeya!" And with that he disappeared leaving all the fishmen in shock, and Nami who was still trying to figure out what Zeus meant be that last thing he said.

Zeus walked a ways away before he came to Cocoyasi Village, he pulled out his Den Den Mushi and called Smoker while walking towards Nami and Nojiko's house near the tangerine plantation. "Smoker here." Zeus smiled "Hey Smokey your daily dose of me here to entertain would you like to hear a joke?" Smoker grunted "What is it Kurama? Another transport?" Zeus shook his head "Nope just an updateMihawk sliced Don Kreig's boat in half and 'Straw Hat' defeated Don Kreig. I would call for transport but i'm not too sure where Don Kreig even is right now but I know he's still alive because Straw Hat doesn't kill." Smoker thought for a moment and said "First of all are you sure it was Mihawk?" Zeus nodded "100% cut Kreigs ship right in half gotta say, kind of amazing. When Tashigi learns to do that, i'll be sure to ask her to show me up close." Smoker sighed at his lieutenants antics "Kuarama focus. Second of all, what do you think of these 'Straw Hat Pirates'?" Zeus thought about it and answered "Well Smokey to be completely honest with you, their Captain wants to be King of the Pirates which means he's going to pass through Loguetown and I don't think you're gonna stop him. Plus I don't really see what's wrong with them as long as they don't loot, rape and kill civilians do we really have the right to stop them? Kinda just seems like they're doing our job for us, not to mention for whatever reason you're staying cooped up in Loguetown like a dog on a leash instead of stopping his atrocities that are happening out here on the seas." Zeus finished extremely seriously. Smoker flared up "Did you call me a dog on a leash?!" Zeus snapped "YEAH I AM! I'VE BEEN OUT FOR ALMOST A MONTH AND I'VE SEEN A MARINE CAPTAIN KILLING NOT ONLY MARINES BUT ALSO CIVILIANS FOR NOT BENDING TO HIM EVERY WHIM, A CLOWN TERRORIZING A CITY AND LEVELING IT FOR SHITS AND GIGGLES, A SUPPOSEDLY DEAD PIRATE DISGUISE AS A BUTLER TRYING TO SLAUGHTER A WHOLE VILLAGE AND TRICK A RICH GIRL INTO GIVING HIM HER ESTATE SO HE COULD LIVE IN PEACE, AND I'M ON AN ISLAND WITH RACIST FISH-STICKS THAT HAVE ENSLAVED 20 ISLANDS AND HAVE ANOTHER MARINE ON HIS PAYROLL SO HE DOESN'T GET RATTED OUT!! WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING SITTING ON YOUR ASS CATCHING PETTY CRIMINALS! I RESPECT YOU BECAUSE YOU'RE MY FRIEND BUT I DIDN'T SIGN UP TO BE A FUCKING GUARD DOG!" All the villagers on the streets gawked at Zeus who was screaming at a snail. Smoker on the other end of the line was silent Zeus continued "Sorry Smokey kindof on edge. Just had a talk with the fishman who's giving possibly the worst image of fishmen to everybody here, hold on listen to this." Zeus walked up to a random person on the streets "Hello sir can you tell me your honest opinion about fishmen in general not just Arlong but all of them" the man in question swallowed his saliva before speaking under the eyes of everybody "Um well I hate fishmen. They've been terrorizing us for 8 years now and if I had a chance i would kill them all, they took my son from me." the man started sobbing, as Zeus patted him on his back before speaking again to Smoker "See what i'm saying Smokey everyone here hates fishmen you know what happens now? All these people who've been living in fear and hatred are going to pass down that fishmen are scum and should be hunted down and killed to their children, and those kids are gonna pass that down to their kids. Then all the innocent fishmen on Fishmen Island are going to become slaves again." Zeus sighed and walked up to another man "Excuse me sir, can you tell me your honest opinion about the marines?" the man was much braver than the last "Aren't you a marine?" he asked, Zeus nodded and the man spoke again "Am i going to be arrested?" Zeus laughed and shook his head and made a joke "I'm on vacation." getting a chuckle from the people in the village, the man nodded and said "Well to be honest with you I think the marines are useless, we've called them several times and the only marine that comes charges us fees for false reports. I don't really know what goes on in the marines but if that's what they're like then neither me nor my family will ever become marines." Zeus nodded and said "Thank you sir. I'm not even going to say anything because even I think you're right, the marines are full of those kinds of people maybe 99% are like that." Smoker growled over the snail "Watch it Kurama." Zeus chuckled "Relax Smokey you and your girlfriends belong to the 1% Shishishishishishi" Smoker sighed "So what? I still can't leave." Zeus cleared his throat "That's why i'm here Smokey" Smoker replied "You're going to take down the fishmen and the corrupt marines there?" Smoker's words sparked hope into everyone's eyes, but Zeus shook his head "Nope" Smoker almost choked "What was the point of that speech then?!" Zeus chuckled "Listen Smokey you know me, i'm no hero. Plus the fishmen and the corrupt marines will be taken care of by the end of the day." Hope was once more put into the villagers, Smoker however was puzzled "What do you mean?" Zeus laughed "Shishishi let me tell you something Smokey one of 'Straw Hat's' crew headed here with his boat and was enslaved by Arlong eight years ago and has a deal to buy back the town with 100 million beri. What do you think is gonna happen?" Smoker snorted "And you trust Straw Hat with that?" Zeus nodded seriously "100% just wait for my report by the end of today. I'll get you names and nicknames too!" he finished excitedly, Smoker rubbed his forehead "Fine, i'll let you have that but if you're wrong-" Zeus cut him off "Yeah yeah if i'm wrong i'll take over and finish them off" he waved his hand "anyways see ya Smokey gonna go try some tangerines bye!" Smoker snorted and Zeus hung up. Zeus then said "Does anyone know where that tangerine farm is?" He saw a blue haired girl with tattoos waving at him and ran off.

Meanwhile Zoro was standing over bodies of fishmen, Arlong was on his way to the village, and Luffy, Sanji and Yosako were on their way to Cocoyasi while being dragged by a sea cow.
