When lunch was over Ryan popped a gummy in his mouth before basketball, he had never played super high and was wondering what it would be like to. Smiling to himself he made his way to the class while ignoring the glare he was getting at the back of his head from two people.
He really hoped they would leave him alone, he didn't want to be dragged into their family problems at all.
He knew that Leah would shift, that was something that couldn't be changed, but she didn't have anything to do with the Cullens until breaking dawn, which meant he didn't need to get involved. Well there was Eclipse too but he didn't care about that at all, he was a normal human and there was nothing that he could do to actually help them.
He refused to be turned too, immortality was a joke. Although they weren't really immortal since they could die, still he didn't want to be cold and have hard skin.
That did not sound appealing to him.
Walking into the gym he went right to get changed, as he came out to stretch and warm-up the gummy hit him, he started laughing for no reason realizing that. No one even looked at him as he did so, it was just a fact that he was a pothead so they weren't surprised about it.
The coach shook his head knowing what was going on, he was also really hoping that Ryan went to get something to clear his system, speaking of, "Hey Ryan! Did you get something already for what we talked about yesterday?"
Ryan took a moment laughing to himself since he forgot the conversation, not from being high but from everything that happened with Leah yesterday before it hit him, "Oh don't worry coach, I will go grab it tonight."
"Good its tomorrow after all, don't show up high." Coach said with a sigh knowing that he would need to message him again in the morning so that he would remember to not be high after school tomorrow.
Some of the other players who could follow the conversation knew what was happening and planned to go themselves too, this was something that was great about having Ryan on the team. They would always be able to know when a drug test was coming in, which helped them stay on the team too, they weren't as confident as him to get high during school but after was for them.
After that conversation they started running drills, they only got half of the gym though seeing as it was raining outside so the gym class was inside today. This was how it was on most days actually, it is just that today is that Ryan paid a little attention seeing the other side he saw four people looking at him.
Edward Cullen, Alice Cullen, Jasper Hale and Rosalie Hale. He didn't know why they were paying so much attention to him but it was honestly getting a little annoying, he was wondering if he would really need to burn Edward in his car.
Sure they were all staring but it was only Edward glaring, well Rosalie too but the glares were different, Edwards like he was trying to read his mind or something, while Rosalie was glaring as if he did something wrong. Ignoring them he put all his time into practice, they had the first game of the season Thursday so he was going to be ready.
-------------
After gym class usually Ryan would be able to sleep his other classes away but it seemed like the world hated him, because the rest of his classes were with Rosalie. She was in every single one of them, and all the open seats were right next to him, usually he would sleep through a glare, but hers was a little annoying.
"Do you have something to say to me?" He asked in the middle of class not caring that he spoke loud or that everyone turned to look at them.
Rosalie though looked like a deer caught in headlights, she probably didn't expect him to actually say anything, "Ummm no." she said while looking at everyone watching them.
"Then can you kindly stop glaring at me. I don't know you nor have I done anything to you, I would like to sleep peacefully but since gym class you have been glaring at me in every class. It is really annoying." Ryan said with a glare right to her.
The room was quiet as Rosalie nodded and turned to the front, happy that she wasn't staring at him he waved his hand before laying his head on his desk. Without her glaring at him he was actually able to get some sleep until the end of the day, though he did have a lot of homework, which he was not looking forward to doing.
Collecting his things he walked out the class with Rosalie right behind him, "You didn't have to talk so loud in class you could have politely asked me to stop glaring." She said as they entered the halls.
"And why would I do that? I spoke as loud as I did with the intention to embarrass you which seemed to work seeing as you stopped and got the attention of everyone in class" He said with an indifferent expression as he kept going forward.
Rosalie released a breath, even though she didn't need to, he also saw her hold her bag a little tighter, "Well I am sorry. I just have never seen someone who cares so little about school or that they might get caught doing something that will put them in jail."
He shrugged as he opened the doors that led to the parking lot, "Well it is a good thing that I have nothing to do with you then huh? Good day to you lady."
With that he walked away not knowing how mad he left her, he could see her 'siblings' in the parking lot though laughing, most likely they have heard everything from the beginning. As he walked to his car he got a message from Leah asking him to pick her up, he agreed but told her that they would need to make a trip over to Port Angeles.

(Cullen POV, wont do this often)
"So Rosalie, what happened couldn't get your man?" Emmett asked with a wide smile as they all climbed into the car. Though Edythe slapped his stomach when he started laughing, along with Rosalie who glared at him.
"So what do you think of him?" Alice asked with excitement as she sat in Jasper's lap, she didn't want to miss anything so they rode in Emmett's Jeep.
"He is the rudest and worst human I have ever met, well after Roy, are you sure that he is my mate? I thought your power was seeing the future, we are like oil and water, how can that possibly be my mate." Rosalie said with a little growl slipping in, but there was also longing in her voice as she talked about him.
"Yes I am sure, and the future is subjective. Don't you already feel the pull, why do you need my visions." Alice said with a bright smile.
"What do you mean subjective!?!?" Rosalie demanded, "You told me you saw us together happy as vampires."
Alice just smiled, she couldn't tell Rosalie anything because when it did come to the two of them it was subjective, there was no clear path for the two of them. She has seen over five visions of them so far, and unless extreme measures are taken or Rosalie wins him over then their future isn't set in stone.
It was nothing like she saw of the future that awaited Edward that was coming soon.

(Back to Ryan)
Ryan appeared outside the reservation school, it was like any other school it was different by the size though, and the fact that they didn't have to go very far to actually get to school. While waiting for Leah to show Seth came out and when he saw the car he let out a wide smile before telling his friends bye.
"What's up Ryan. What are you doing here? Did mom ask you to pick us up?" He said with excitement as he got in the back.
Ryan laughed, he got a message from Sue earlier asking him to get both seeing as Seth wouldn't be left behind, "Nope. Your sister wanted to hang before the hospital but I needed to take a ride into Port Angeles so she is coming along, looks like you are now too."
"Sweet, there are some things I need to pick up. Mind buying them for me?" Seth said with a wide smile as he asked.
Ryan shook his head with a laugh as Leah got into the car, "What's so funny?" she asked as she set her bag on the ground.
"Nothing. Looks like it is going to take us some time though, I need to buy your brother some new things, do you want anything?" He said with a smile as he pulled away from the school.
She rolled her eyes knowing her brother could ask for anything from Ryan, she loved how Ryan saw him as a little brother, though he should spoil him less. She didn't mind taking things though if he was offering, "Sure, I could use a few new records and maybe some outfits."
"Alrighty then, next stop Port Angeles." Ryan said as he pulled out on to the only road that would lead to the city.
