Chapter 7. The Pack.

As we were driving to the beach I could tell Nora seemed to be tense between her constantly whipping her sweaty palms and deep breathing.

I decided to cut the silence by make small talk. "So how long you been in Forks?" This caught her attention as she looked at me then back at the road.

"Not that long as everybody that lived here, I'm originally from New Orleans. I moved here after my mom died when I was ten." Her voice becoming sad at the end.

"Oh shit I uhh didn't know sorry I made you bring that up." I apologized sincerely

She shook her head "Honestly don't worry about it she barely raised me it was always my grandma who took care of me she's basically my mom at this point."

"And what about you're dad?" I could tell that question annoyed her as her grip on the steering wheel tighten. "Umm you don't have to answer that sorry again."

'Guess I know who's not the most active father around here.'

The rest of the way was silent the radio playing some early tunes as I leaned back in the seat listening to the music. Feeling the car stop I lift up the seat to see the beach in front of us.

Getting out of the car we started to walk towards the ocean stopping only a few feet away from it. Look up at the cloudy sky there wasn't a chance of sun bathing until the summer time.

Taking off my shoes I walked closer to the water it was cold as hell but refreshing. Looking back at Nora her arms were folded her pissed off face was making her look cute.

I wave my arms at her "Are you not going to join me? It's quite soothing." She didn't say anything standing in the same position. Walking back towards her I pick my shoes up as she walked away.

'Man if my question made her this pissy I needed to watch what I said around her.'

Jogging after I tap her shoulder "Hey I'm sorry about asking about your pops. It must be a real sensitive subject for you to talk about." She stopped walking and glares at me before her face softens.

"Jordon it isn't your fault im sorry I'm being like this. It's Just you have no idea what kind of man he his and the things he will do." She said her voice brimming with anger.

I nod my head "Let's just forget about that for right now I-" Im cut off by the smell of something in the air. It was the smell of wet dogs closing in.

Behind Nora I could see four guys all woth short hair walking down the beach shirtless with tattoos on there shoulder. Narrowing my gaze i could see Sam,Paul,Embry, and Jacob of all people making their way towards us.

'So it seems like their all shapeshifters it must be due to this worlds high supernatural fuckery.'

Seeing my face go from normal to serious Nora turns around to see them coming. "Are those friends of yours?" I ask. She looks back to me her eyes filled with fear and tries to pull my arm but I don't budge.

"Jordon we need to leave now!" She yells but I ignore her staring them down as they approach.

As we stood in a intense stare down the tense atmosphere around us grew thicker as the clouds rumbled with thunder in the distance. I tightened my fist ready for a fight but its cut off by the slamming of car doors as a group of people walked on the beach.

As the others were distracted by the crowd of people me and Sam didn't break eye contact his eyes slowly turned into a shade of crimson as my eyes glowed a faint yellow.

Before anything could happen Jacob stepping in between us extending his hand out to me. "Hey I'm Jacob nice to meet you."

I stare at his hand for a second shaking it. "I'm Jordon nice to meet you I'm new to forks. I'm guessing you guys know Nora?"

Sam's scoffs at my words letting a smile form on his face. "Yeah we do." He shoves Jacob away getting closer in my face. I was a inch taller then him but our nose were still close to touching.

Nora steps in between us pushing Sam back. "Fuck off sam are you serious enough of the alpha male bravado already." She screams. Paul and Embry laugh throwing some comments about a lovers quarrel. While Jacob was holding his head down in shame.

"Don't be like that Nora we just have to wait a bit longer till you know. Then once the ceremony is done I won't be able to fuck off at all."

I let out a little scoff which seemed to make Sam angry. "Nora are you ready to go we're gonna miss that movie."

She looks back at me with a smile and grabs my hand. As we were walking away Jacob called out to us well mostly to Nora. "Nora will you stop by every once in a while. We all miss you." She stopped in her tracks before continuing her walk.

Looking back at them I could see Sam staring daggers at me. I point at Nora then at myself with a cocky smile. Jacob, Paul and Embry stop him holding him back.

When we got in the car Nora slammed her door with aggression. She grabs her steering wheel and screams.

"AHHHHAHAHAHA!"

Taking deep breath she looking at me her cheeks red and eyes filled with anger,sadness, and tears.

"Nora are you-" she cuts me off before I could finish.

"Just why couldn't you have listened to me!" Her voice cracked as tears streamed down her face. "You're such a just a- GOD NOW YOUR INVOLVED IN THIS AND JUST JESUS!"

I just stare at her honestly I could careless about whatever the wolves were cooking up but I'd be damned if they were forcing a marriage.

"This ceremony it's a wedding…one you're dad is making you do am I right."

She nods her head wiping away her tears.

I grab her hands soft looking into her eyes. "We can talk about this more if you want back at my house."

A cheeky smile grows on her face. "Wow you sure know how to make a girl feel special." She laughs punching my shoulder whizzing in pain she rubs her wrist. "Dude are you made out of rocks or something Jesus."

I scoffed "Maybe you should keep you're hands to yourself. Now let's go I'm starving."

Cullens House

The cullens were seen in the living room talking about what happened today at school.

"So Edward your saying the new kid pushed you out of his mind with a gun shot HA!" Emmett laughed while playing his Nintendo Switch.

"Yes I am Emmett but what I saw was before it happened was that skull mask Alice painted." This caused the others to look at him eyes widening in shock.

Before anyone could say anything else Carlyle raised his hand stopping them from asking anymore questions. "We don't move on this Jordon kid yet we don't know who or what he is but in the mean time keep your distance away from him understood." His voice was not in the mood for any talk back.

"Wait so you weren't jealous he was talking to Bella?" Emmett whispered to Edward all could hear his comment.

Back to MC

Opening the door I welcomed Nora I Told her to place her bags anywhere while I went to the kitchen.

Decideding id make pasta for tonight's dinner. As I was getting the recipes together a pair of foot steps came down the stairs it was Felisha in a purple see through silk night gown that revealed her cleavage and nipples.

Her hair was messy while some drool was on the side of her mouth. When she saw me she smiled and started walking over to me her hips moving Seductively I could see her purple panties show themselves as she raised her gown. But before she can do anymore I raised a hand to her pointing towards the living room.

"I made a friend at school today go make yourself look presentable will ya you little horn ball." I Shoe her away

She pouted but Nodding in understanding running back up stairs at the same time Nora comes into the kitchen. "Jordon who are you talking to?" She ask sitting at the counter.

"I was talking to my roommate she's coming down in a few." I started to make the pasta but could see she was confused by what I said.

Not a second later felisha came down the stairs now her hair was in a pony tail while she wore one of my T shirts that was a size to big for her and shorts. She smiled as she looked at Nora.

"Hello I'm Felisha, I'm Jordon's caretaker while his uncle is out of town. I'm glad to see him making new friends already."

"Oh well I'm Nora it's nice to meet to as well, and I would like to say we are friends even though we just met today he's a interesting person."

Letting those two talk I focused on preparing the food. It took me thirty minutes to make and in that time Nora and Felisha were out swimming in the pool.

Setting the plates on the table I begin eating I wasn't gonna stop their girl time and let my perfect creation go to waste.

While eating I'm disturbed by two loud footsteps that barg into the kitchen. Looking up Nora & Felisha faces were one's of betrayal and disappointment.

Nora had on a red bikini her figure was slim yet had some muscle underneath. While Felisha wore a one piece black suit showinf off her hard working muscles small scars could be seen on her arms as well.

"Way to go and eat without us traitor." Nora said drying her hair with a towel.

"It smells delicious and here I thought only I could cook here." Felisha commented sitting down.

I ignored them while they continued to harass me. I could honestly get used to this Zara was the only person I was comfortable with since the incident.

But I could help but stare at both of them having both of them doing things to me.

As we get done eating I show Nora one of the bathrooms so she can shower and Felisha hands her some clothes. Once i heard the shower running i decided to talk to Felisha to check in on any updates on the investigation.

I find her freshly out the shower her still wet hair cascading down her back. She hears me come in and looks at me seductively. Slowly move the towel down to reveal her juicy ass.

"Can I help you with something?" She looks backs at me biting her lips with a smile.

I start to feel my blood rushing downstairs a big imprint shows on my pants. But I had ignore her antics for now I go to her desk to see the files of the investigation.

"Do we have any updates yet on the case I wanna find those girls as fast as possible."

Looking over to her she now wore a black t shirt and gray sweatpants. She walks behind me and flips through a few pages before stopping at one pointing to a background with a strange symbol.

"A few shamans found this at the abduction spots believe a cult is preforming a ritual of some kind, since the Quileute tribe are shapeshifter they want to steal their souls and give them to whatever demon their worshipping when the next full moon hits.

"And when is the next full moon?" I ask

"In two days so we have forty eight hours to find them, I'll get some psykers to sense out any dark magic from each place where the abduction took place."

I nod my head "And what of the vampire? How goes the search."

"Well…we believe it's passed the border to Canada it's their problem now but if anything comes up we'll be the first to know. Just like an animal it has a hunting ground it will eventually show up again."

She pats my shoulder before opening a mini fridge grabbing a wine bottle out of it and starts drinking it.

Taking the bottle from her I take a big swig as well. As we drunk the bottle for a while I could hear Nora getting out the shower.

Taking the last swig I walk down the stairs to see Nora with her bags at the door."Thanks for letting me use you're shower."

"Don't worry about it I'll walk you to you're car."

As we walked to the car we stopped and stared at the sky it was filled with endless stars so many you couldn't count. While looking something touched my hand looking down Nora shyly looked at me before pulling her hand away.

I look her in her eyes taking her hand in mine. "Do you wanna talk about what happened earlier today on the beach."

She stills herself for a moment nodding her head. "Like you said earlier my father arranged a marriage with that guy sam. But it's more difficult to explain you wouldn't understand."

I let out a chuckle. "Please I'm the definition of understanding when it comes to this world."

'I mean I wasn't lying.'

"Well couldn't tell you if I could sorry….i feel like I can tell you anything i don't know why but I do."

We stare at each other moving in closer and closer I go in for a kiss but Nora's phone goes off stopping up.

"I'm sorry it's my grandma." She answers the phone her face blushing in embarrassment.

"Yes grandma… no grandma yes I am." She looks at me with a gentle smile a smile I could fall for a thousand times.

She gets off the phone he blush low but still there. "I'm sorry she needs help with closing I didn't realize time fly so fast."

"Well tell her I'm sorry for keeping her waiting. And hears my number."

She gets in the car but I stop her as she roles down her window.

"Try not to get any more flower on you." A sly smile grows on my face while her face turns into one of shock. "SO YOU DO REMEMBER ME!"

I laugh walking away waving to her.
