He wasn't going to waste away his jovial mood on such silly emotions; he'd uttered clumsily.

But someone had responded to his talk by accepting his terms?

Was that person the reason why he'd suddenly got startled and stopped walking?

The sudden realisation dawned on him and Kaiden found himself exhaling noisily.

He could not believe how stupid he had acted just now.

What was he thinking so deeply to have him neglect that voice.. that sweet talker!

Right now with the way he sulked, Kaiden felt the sudden urge to box at the air of that place. But he also knew that would offer him very minimal comfort.
