Fishing in troubled Waters (Part 1)

The Blood Spotted Reticulated Python had the standard attributes for a typical strong Level 8 beast but this Tiger's attack power was too overpowered. It had an astonishing 90 points of attack power.

This place was located in this weakest East Blue, so how could an alienation beast appear here? This possibility wasn't zero, but the odds were extremely low.
