The City of Burningham

-LIANNE-

It was almost morning when we arrived at the city of Burningham since we decided to set camp for the night in the woods to get us some rest.

The early morning sun was already well risen and the spring grass shone like it had its own gentle glow from within. The air blowing around us felt really cold, that same coolness combined with moisture.

Even at times like this, the people of Burningham are very much alive like the sun shining above the skies. Each of them are busy with whatever they are doing. Others are just passing to and fro in the streets, some are already having their early morning chitchats with their friends or neighbors.

I am not quite sure when was the last time I felt this lively before. Probably during those times when I was still with my foster father in our home village.

Speaking of them… I must remember what I ought to do in this city.
