Nathalie Quinlan didn't see the reactions of everyone at the entrance of Waterfront Pavilion.

Basically, she had no time to look.

When Silvania Ingram saw Owen Yapiter, she was momentarily startled; she did not know Nathalie knew Owen Yapiter and instinctively looked at Nathalie for an explanation.

Nathalie caught her suspicious look and casually explained, "Grandpa Yapiter was once a patient of mine."
