His urgency stemmed from his determination to save Krypton and protect his cherished homeland, the place he had fought so hard to defend.
But the two massive hands remained unmoved, and he couldn't break free from their grip.
The dumbfounded Ancient One stood behind him, unable to react as everything in the two universes ground to a halt.
However, there were also onlookers, their gazes fixated on this extraordinary scene.
When referring to two pairs of eyes, it's not in reference to the owners of the two large hands but rather to Leon's vague recognition of those who were stopping him.
Furthermore, while the aura emanating from those two big hands was sacred, the two pairs of eyes exuded negative emotions such as despair and destruction.
"You cannot proceed," a voice as melodious as nature itself resounded, followed by an old man with white hair and a beard. Clad in a simple white coat with intricate markings, he appeared before Leon.
One of the giant hands belonged to him.
The old man regarded Leon with a pensive expression.
Simultaneously, another humanoid creature enveloped in a radiant glow materialized before Leon.
He was the possessor of the other pair of colossal hands.
With a seemingly amused tone, he spoke, "You are not yet on our level. If you think you can overcome the barriers set by me and God, you are sorely mistaken."
God?
Indeed, the bearded old man was the DC True God (The Presence) from the DC universe.
And considering that the golden figure before him mentioned God's name so casually, it indicated that they both stood at the same level.
He was the Supreme Being of the Marvel Universe, the OAA (One Above All).
In that moment, the supreme beings of Marvel and DC manifested simultaneously, obstructing Leon from saving Krypton as it crumbled and met its doom.
Leon roared, "Step aside!"
Confronting him was the very belief he had given his all to protect, and he cared little for the stature of the individuals before him.
The DC God boasted of being the creator of everything within the DC universe, even collaborating with the DC editorial department to craft stories and comics.

And OAA, known as the creator of Marvel's expansive universe, holds a similar position. Like the DC God, everything in the Marvel universe is created and bestowed by OAA.
Generally speaking, OAA doesn't appear readily. Only when the Marvel universe faces destruction does he emerge to bring about its end and the new beginning.

But why have these two mighty gods come here?

At this moment, OAA also spoke: "Boy, why do you think you came to my world? You have a more important mission."
Leon replied directly, "None of my concern?"
OAA wasn't angry but turned to look at the two eyes emanating Despair and Destruction, and continued, "What if it pertains to the life and death of both Multiverse?"
Leon followed OAA's gaze, locking his eyes on those two pairs of terrifying eyes, but he remained indifferent.

However, Leon harbored no fear. He unleashed his own golden heat ray, with a temperature soaring to 20 million degrees Celsius, momentarily countering the four deadly rays.
This act even surprised DC God and OAA. They exchanged glances and then joined forces to obliterate the four rays.
"Hey, don't start something that doesn't have end. Let us not forget our agreement."
