A little confusing

…then you will discover some little secrets of mine. What secret? Hehe~ You can do your work and discover ;D"-this was the only phrase that was on this page, something really confusing for Rose.

-Did she just tell me to do my work ?!- said Rose, upset.

For rose this seemed like the scientist knew who was reading this, maybe it's a coincidence, rose didn't know though.

The detective pulled a page to continue reading, and on the second page there was more than one simple but confusing phrase. This page was full and had some words and phrases highlighted.

"My name is Cressida Sterne, but you might know me as Cressida brown…"

After reading this part, there was only one thing that rose wanted to say: huge diference, huh..

Rose didn't know why such a name change was important and didn't attach much importance to the fact that that name, Cressida Sterne, was very familiar. For her, this is the type of information she could just check with her friend and colleague by "Red star" status, Alex.

"You might know that I am 459 years old, but what if I say I am much older than this? Intriguing isn't it? I am not Cressida Sterne if I said my age though, you can calculate and then get to your conclusions after reading all of this"

One more time, there was something that Rose didn't knew about, she had received all the information about Cressida, from her name and name of her parents to everything she used to do everyday. IIPB, like governments, have all sorts of information about everyone and "Red stars" aren't an exception, there's just one group of people that can have some secrets from the IIPB and they are the "Nova". This people are the leaders of IIPB, they decide what, when and how to do things.

For Rose, something like age being different from the information given by IIPB, is one more thing that doesn't make any sense, name can be changed, but age can't.

She wasn't sure that on her file was this age or other and the detective decided to confirm:

Just looking at these two lines, Rose got a headache, she knew that this case was important but she thought that it wouldn't be a very difficult case, one of the "Nova" that she talked to said that "This case will be easy to solve, but it's very important and that's why you are the person that we need to perform the investigation"

She looked three times at this two lines just to confirm that she saw exactly what she saw, she had a lot of questions on her mind, but she kept reading, because there will be answers for all of them, maybe not, but she didn't want to think about it.

"Twenty first of November, at this day I was born in the city of Lutsk in Europe, my family wasn't big, just me and my parents. There were times we were considered as middle class, but we had much more opportunities than other people form that class and it's all due to my mother being a Chancellor on one of the most important universities, not just in Europe, but in whole world. My dad was a researcher on American space institution, one of biggest on the world at the time."

The information about Cressida's parents was true, accordingly to the information given by the IIPB, but the birth date wasn't, this was confusing and Rose decided that she will call Alex right after she finished this page.

All this information could be flawed but her intuition told her that this might be true, why did someone with this impact on the world do such thing?

"Like you can observe my last name has Germanic origin, that's because my dad was from Frankfurt, and this is a very important detail that changed some things in my life and gave me some interesting opportunities."

On this page there was more information about Doc. Sterne that she already knew but it was important to read, so no details escaped her.

"From now on you will hear and live my life from my perspective, you will discover many things and, one of the most important things, understand the impossible without any confidential information, that I suppose you don't have or I don't know of any."

After this phrase, the page had reached the end, Rose was getting a little excited about it but she had something, one strange feeling that the phrase from the first page and the last phrase from this page sounded like Credissa knew very well who and why would someone read this.

Rose reconsidered what she would ask to Alex, for her this "manuscript" could be something more than some nonsense from the life of a scientist.

The detective stood up and went to the other part of the room, where there was a stand with some strange devices, she grabbed one little black button and put it on the table.

-Misty, please open the work desk- after this words, the little device began to fly and, when it reached like 5 cm above the table, blue lights came up from the device and there was an interface that looked like a normal computer 8000 years ago.

This type of technology didn't evolve that much, the monopolist at the market is apple and there is nothing much to do with it. They use liquid energy and, from generation to generation, they got smaller and smaller.

The Red Star touched the air where there was a projection of a strange app. She solved some type of captcha and after that there was only a photograph of what looked like a young boy with short red hair and green eyes and under the foto was written "Alex Easton".

After waiting 2 minutes, Rose heard a male voice, it was Alex's.

-Hi Rose, what do you want?- said Alex, knowing very well that Rose doesn't call on Mondays just because she misses him.

-Hi, I just need you to give me all sorts of information about one specific person, all the information you can get- said Rose with a serious expression.

-Wow, someone got our little intuition demon mad, tell me what this bad-lucked person did to piss you off?- responded Alex with a calm and at the same time sarcastic expression.

-No one pissed me off, I just need more information about someone, it's important for my investigation- said Rose in a little rude tone- the name of this person is Cressida Brown, and I also want everything that you can get about Cressida Sterne.

-Okay then, as you wish my lady. You will receive two files somewhere near 17:00(WHR-3) at Venus time.

-Are you in Venus? I thought you were out of solar sistem.- questioned Rose.

-They needed me here and I couldn't say no to them.

-Alright then, good luck with whatever you're doing there, bye.

For Rose this was a very productive day, even if it was just two o'clock by the earth time (UTC+1). She will wait until she receives the files from Alex and investigate a little more to see what she can reach, but before she fell asleep.
