OOC - ONLINE C

A few days have passed since then. Naomi, Lex, and a few others set up a system. There will be 3 groups of people doing jobs.

Group A will stay in the subway, defending it from any sorts of threats. They will also prepare the rations and such. Lastly, they would treat the wounded and nurse them back to health. This was a very important job, so she assigned Lex to be the leader of it. A few nurses and one doctor were there, so it gave the people comfort.

Group B will go out to scavenge for food or other basic essentials. They will be the main fighting force if something were to happen to the subway. Naomi was rightfully the leader of B group since she had a combat oriented power.

Group C consists of people who are good at both of these things. They will either go to Group B, or group A if one of them are running low.

Slackers, thieves, extortion, and such will immediately be given harsh punishment. If this happens for the second time, then you will be kicked of of base with no food.

It was a normal day for A group. There were 32 people in A group, and it mostly consisted of the middle aged, and house wives. There were also 3 children included. The ones with medical experience were mostly in the bank, and the ones in charge of rations guarded the convenience store.

As Eon was treating a person with small cuts, a ruckes was heard from the entrance. Eon was excited to know what was happening, so he exited the bank and saw what was the cause.

A group of other survivors had one person that needed urgent medical care. The ones who joined A group from C group were not letting the strangers in. They had no idea if these strangers were gonna start something dangerous.

"Please! You have to treat him! I-I'll give you all of our weapons! Just please someone treat him!" A girl hysterically begged. There was someone on the stretcher that 2 men were carrying, and it seemed like a monster's claws had had severely injured the man.

Eon stepped forward. "I'll just help them here." The people from C group couldn't protest as Lex was one of the leaders.

This time, Eon used more of his powers to help the dying man. After all, it would be beneficial to build up his image...

After 30 minutes, the man's complexion slowly grew better and his wounds gradually healed. Meanwhile, Lex was getting paler by the minute.

"Goddamn....this is so annoying." Eon thought, his mood getting worse. He thought that he would have been able to heal a mortal easily, but it seems that his power is weaker then he estimated.

Finally, Lex stopped healing the man.

"A-Are you okay team leader?" One of the C guards helped him up from the ground. He wobbled abit before weakly standing up.

"Yeah...i'm fine." Lex sighed as he faced them.

"Your promise." He said bluntly. The woman had finally calmed down after having her companion healed.

"Sorry, this is all we have right now. If we survive in the future, we'll pay you back ten fold." The woman gave the group knives, 3 guns, ammunition, and such. "The only thing we have is pocket knife." She held up a pink pocket knife.

Eon wanted to just snatch away that pocket knife, but he held back. "It's fine, you guys can go now." He said before leaving.

Once they had left, Eon went to the clothing shop that was being used as the sleeping quarters. There, he immediately fell into deep slumber.

Eon felt a hand press against his forehead. He drowsily opened his eyes and saw Naomi.

When she saw that Eon had awoken, she apologized.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to wake you up."

"It's...fine. W-What time is it?" Eon hated having to act just as he woke up. Plus, he didn't get one of those dreams again...

"It's 8:03. I'll bring you dinner, stay right there." Naomi disappeared for 3 minutes before coming back. In her hand, was a small plate of canned beans and spam. Eon ate slowly, when he was done, then Naomi started talking.

"Thanks for acquiring the weapons, we really needed it." She smiled. "But because of that you're now in danger. Those people now know that you can heal wounds, and this is extremely useful."

"..."

"Lex, I don't wanna lecture you, but just....be careful out there." Naomi sighed and ruffled Lex's hair.

"Maybe that mask of yours will help, who knows?" She then joked at the odd mask Lex always wore.

"Mmrg..."

Over the next few weeks, they have finally established a proper base. Other then some monsters running amok on the surface, it was relatively peaceful. Although Eon created some minor conflicts, it wasn't anything too serious.

Eventually, Eon grew bored. He had spent his time building up his image, and now he wanted to just destroy everything. Though he was a bit reluctant. It was like raising a small ant colony, and he was just too bored to deal with it now.

"Sigh, I really cant deal with this now...." Eon got up in the middle of the night. Other then the people keeping guard, no one was awake.

Lex went up to the guards keeping watch.

"Oh, hey Lex, couldn't slee-" One man said before he was cut off.

"Hey, [tell them that you and him killed me]. After that, [kill the other leaders except Naomi] and [kill C group in their sleep]. If you do that, [i'll find your family]." Lex smiled as both of them both fell under his spell.

"Hah, I wonder if you'll be able to survive...Naomi." He laughed as he exited subway. The monsters he did encounter seemed to be smart enough to understand his identity.

"Ahhhh...what to do...wait." Lex stopped in his tracks. He had completely forgot! "Haha...maybe I should start looking for why this world's like this..."
