Steve ran out quickly, the spy just got into a car and before he could close the door, he was grabbed and dragged out by Steve, so frightened that he ran away and took off his coat in an instant.

Originally, with Captain America's physical fitness, he could have easily caught the spy, but, as a newly-remodeled Captain America couldn't adapt to his own strength and so he had to worry about the safety of the public, the two chased and fled all the way. At the pier, a child was held hostage, and he jumped off the pier and into the prepared submarine.

Just as he thought he had completed the task, a pair of arms stronger than his thighs broke through the window with a "bang", grabbed him, threw him onto the pier and quickly jumped in to hold him.

Seeing that he couldn't escape, the spy smashed the serum to pieces and shouted:

"Cut off one head and grow two more!"

"Hail HYDRA!"

Immediately, he bowed his head and died.

The surrounding population cheered wildly. In this day and age, a hero is all too necessary.

The next day, Captain America's heroic deeds were published by the mainstream media. And another piece of bad news came, Dr. Abraham temporarily forgot the serum formula due to injury and excessive shock...
