The Betrayal and The Betrayer

It was past midnight . Everything seemed to be drowned in heavy sleep . At the end of the D street , where the Willow forest begins , a man is waiting impatiently . In the faint moonlight , only his silhouette could be deciphered .

" Are you waiting for a long time ? " , a voice asked from behind .

" Yeah a bit ." , the former man answered while turning to the voice , " So why did you ask me to come this far at this hour ? You could have just tell me at the base . "

An amused grin spread across the face of the latter as he said , " I'm afraid , I can't do that anymore . Discussion with traitors should be avoided in our sacred base . "

The former replied , " Traitor ? Are you referring to me ? Then tell me whom did I betray ? "

" You don't know ?? What a pity !! You've already betrayed the Angels . " The second man said in an amused tone .

The former one looked at him sharply and said , " Yes I've betrayed them but that's only for you . You know that . "

" Yeah , and that's why I know that you may betray me tomorrow . Since I don't need you anymore I should better kill you ....." , " Get ready to die . " immediately after saying this the man grasped the neck of the former man with his sharp nails . The other party couldn't react immediately and could only feel that his body was getting heavy , he was having problem in breathing . He understood that his end is near . The man released him and he fell on the ground .

" O..one ...day ..y..you will pay the price ..they will...." the man could only manage to say these words in pained voice before he died .

After standing there for a while , the other man said sarcastically , " I've used one of the most toxic venom on you , it's worthwhile as you'll never be able to betray me . "

He turned back and started walking . Soon his faint shadow fades away into the Willow forest .
