Chapter 51: I Was His Wild-Sun, He Was My Noah
Zaria's Pov
A month had passed since the encounter I had with my father.
One thing I had learned in life was that no human is perfect, but the power to make our choices fall on us and nobody can take it that way.
"Hey Zaria, aren't you going to see her?" came Benjamin's voice.
"Yes, I will see her. I am just writing something down," I told him.
He excused himself from the room, then came Noah, my soon-to-be husband.,
He sat on the bed beside me and touched me.
"Should I wait for you?" he asked me.
"No," I will come on my own," I replied him.
"Okay," he smiled at me before he got up to leave.
Shortly after everyone had left the house, I got up to leave.
There was someone I needed to pay a visit to.
I stepped out of the room and was welcomed with emptiness. It’s funny how a house could feel different when people are not in it.
As my feet took me through the hallway, my mind drifted to the incident.
