The book launch is at noon tomorrow, and although this isn't my first launch, I still can't help feeling a bit nervous and uneasy.
After all, each book represents a new beginning, a fresh story, and a novel experience.
Although I've written about history before, this is indeed my first time delving into the Victorian Era.
To be honest, before starting this book, I discussed a lot with my editor Canaan, and I am very grateful for his inspiration and help in setting the story.
Initially, the plan was to write a fantasy story set during the Victorian Era.
However, as preparations for the book advanced and I read more relevant literature, I eventually realized that even without altering the historical setting, simply creating from the genuine historical backdrop of the Victorian Era was fascinating enough.
This led to the creation of "The Shadow of Great Britain."
