Just another day for 22-year-old Thomas Bluebell he was spending his days as he normally did sitting on the couch watching Anime reading Manga and Fanfiction on Web novel

he would usually try to write stories of his own but he was unsuccessful since the competition out there was tough and he wasn't too good a writer either way his days were relaxed until he decided to take a walk for once and he foolishly began to read the latest chapter of Dragon ball on his phone as he was crossing the street with two kids and to punish him for such careless behavior the all-mighty Truck Kun thought it fit to make an example out of him and ran him over and as if that wasn't enough Helicopter chan choose to crush Land on him for good measure.

(Those poor kids must have been traumatized but at least they learned to look both ways before crossing the street and also not to use their phones when walking)

Thomas Okey, first I want a system not one of those with missions and stuff too much trouble I want one that can scan power levels and personal information on others and a few other cool stuff along with knowledge on machines and stuff
