Chapter 32 - Dance with me

The next day at school was full of nothing. Serefina and Kyle were eating lunch at the academy canteen. Ava had gone home without informing them which Serefina didn't know why but made her shiver.

She hadn't seen Bryan the whole day. What was she thinking when she told him that she was blushing?!?

At that exact moment Bryan came out of nowhere and sat beside Serefina on the bench. He didn't have any lunch in his hand.

"Sef, can we talk?" he whispered which kyle had seemed to hear because she stood up with her lunch tray and waved Serefina goodbye.

"What is it?" Serefina asked. Though the situation was still too awkward, Bryan smiled.

"You see, there's a ball this weekend at the Timezium palace before, you know..."

"A ball before you are crowned as the official Crowned Prince?"

"Yeah." Bryan sighed.

"You, okay?"

"Yes. I am just felling a little bit weird about this. The official Crowned Prince sounds a job with so much responsibility."

Serefina kept a hand on Bryan's shoulder.

"Big brother would've been a better Crowned Prince than me."

"Well, if you put it that way then, as long as I've known you Bryan, you're the kindest, most gentle, nice and amazing person I've ever met. You just have to trust yourself, will you?"

"That's a relief." He sighed

"What do you mean?"

"Never mind that. The reason why I am telling you this is because I kind of have to dance with a princess in the ball and well..."

"Well?"

"Sef, I need you to dance with me."

"Me? I am not a princess!"

"Still, you see I have to dance with someone, umm I l-"

"Guys there's a problem!" Ronald came out of nowhere interrupting Bryan. "The Wall is glitching."
