"Any more questions?".

"Yes, Your majesty If I may, what is the reason behind the reorganization of the navy and the army?" A young man that looked almost exactly like Aleister, only with shorter well-combed hair, stood up wrinkling his very luxurious clothing.

"Well, the previous implementations were designed for the pre-galactic era, and with my service in the army on the first battles of Vore and Holroulea, I found that the overreliance of officers in many different levels slowed down how fast orders can be implemented and unnecessarily raised the military spending on salary when it could have been spent on ships or on different civilian projects".

"A well thought out response your majesty, for my second question may we know what is being built so quickly in the Harrasion mountains to the North?".

"No, you, although are part of the royal family, that is a secret, so, no you will not know anything about it, and don't even think about bribing your way into it!".

"Since you are so passionate about it your majesty, I will not ask again; nor would I dare bribe my way into anything, after all, how could I betray my family like that," the young man said in a hurtful tone before sitting down, in fact, you would be an idiot to believe he was actually hurt by such accusations simply by the tone of his voice.

"Anything else?".

A man in the compartment to the left of the previous speaker stood up, "Your majesty, although you said it is a secret, I believe th-" in an instant, Aleister had gotten up and sped down the path to the main entrance, right before the overhead started he stomped and jumped into the air cracking the ground.

"Braeden Godfrey! I will not play these games with you, you will leash your dogs, and you will do it well! Or may lose them" Aleister said while towering over the now sitting, and scowling man "As for you!, you also best make sure that you find yourself with a decorum of respect, otherwise you will find yourself very headless, the only reason you still have one is that my brother would whine louder than I could bear if I took one of his toys away". almost instantly the people in the surrounding half dozen compartments had veins popping out of their skulls while long razor-sharp nails extended, but they all quickly calmed down as they knew that went down one path and one path only, Death.

"Any more questions?" Aleister once again asked after slowly walking back to his comfortable throne.

"Your majesty, I Recognize that the reorganization of the army and fleet is important, but why now? and all at once?".

"Why delay it? we are in a period of peace, if there is any time to do it it is now not when we are at war. As for why all at once, again why not? the slow but what I find a necessary task to bring the army to a more efficient state is an imperative thing".

"We will now end court here, next week we will focus on the economy and or any problems with the military transition".

Later that night when all of the tens of thousands of stars contrasted the black sky, in a large and spacious room three people were sitting down at a circular desk with a hologram projecting above it.

"Alright your majesty, what did you want to talk about?".

"Firstly, the shipyard bays, 10 of the bays will be 2,500 meters long, while the other two will be 5000 meters long with the capability working on two 2500 meter long Battle Cruisers or One Dreadnaught".

"Your majesty, we can not afford such ships".

"I know, but we can afford the foresight to have the capabilities when available" Aleister lightly laughed "Now the main purpose of today's visit, new ship designs".

"Starting with what I find most exciting, The Orpheus Class Carrier; double shield array, full structure of Patonuium Alloy, 1.5 km long, .8km wide on the wings, Dagger Shaped, with a superstructure on which two of the three bridges will rest upon; the third bridge, the main one will be at the bottom of the superstructure, while the other two will focus on the command of the very large complement," Alester said while pointing to multiple points on the hologram that was projected above the table "Below the Superstructure is the main reactor, while the secondary ones will be in the wings; A .8 km runway inside the ship with sliding doors down the middle on the bottom of the ship another two exits will be between the wings and the main body, along the runway, will be dozens of large hangar bays filled with the complement of 150 Bombers, 360 Escort fighters, 140 Troop Landing carriers, 60 Heavy Equipment Carriers, and 40 Heavy Walkers".

"Any questions?".

"If I may, I would prefer to hold my questions to the end".

"That is fine".

"Thee weaponry will be 12 octuple battery Etherian Class Energy Cannons capable of broadsides and frontal engagements, six on each side of the superstructure, on the superstructure itself two dual Ion Cannons and on the sides of each superstructure one Dual-Quad Etherian Class energy cannons, with 38 kinetic flak batteries to screen for enemy fighters" Aleister explained while pointing to the now glowing sections of the hologram "It will hold a whole Legion and at the very least 7000 Personnel and should at least have one year of supplies".

"Now that it is done I'm going to ask a few questions of my own. Is it possible for such a ship to land on a planet? How many could be made? And is it a good design for a temporary capital ship and a later carrier?" Aleister asked, as he wasn't a professional ship designer.

"It should possible to land, once the ship is made in space it will be easy to tell, and even if it couldn't it can definitely hover in atmosphere; as for the amount, it would be lucky to be able to make one, the shipyards 1st bay is big enough, although just barely, to produce one at a time. As for the viability of the ship, it is great, it's powerful, is an outstanding Carrier, and would be a great support ship in almost any fleet and isn't a defenseless waste of resources, with such complete plans it is possible to start construction immediately".

"Alright Cancel the other two ships in and give their reserves to the carrier, and how long would it take to build if you had everything you needed?".
