Falcon had watched this scene unfurl once before; in Ignis's palace. Cyan had been transformed into a demon only weeks ago, and now his lover was joining him in hell.
Shayma transformed almost majestically.
The air began crackling with an intense energy as her body expanded and shifted in a graceful dance of shadows and light. The very ground beneath her began to tremble, dirt and stones curling away. She began to grow until her height had surpassed Ignis's, and continued growing.
Hair started sprouting all over her skin, or hide. Her snout elongated and long cow-like ears emerged out of her head. And finally, most surprisingly, wings began spreading out of her back. Wings, the color of midnight, long and sleek filled the sky behind her.
Everybody stared at Shayma in shock. Aurelia's mouth was wide open, so was Mars. In their entire Slayer career, they had witnessed nothing of the sort. Ignis herself was staring at Shayma with horror.
