Lear

An hour later, after Mars and Orchid had gone to sleep, Falcon approached Aurelia quietly. Finally, after so long (a day?) he had the opportunity to talk to her in peace.

'Hey,' He said, leaning against her doorframe.

She looked up from the rickety old dresser, inside which she was searching vehemently for something. The bracelet he had given her was still glinting on her wrist.

'Hey back,' She said, going back to the dresser.

'What are you looking for?'

'My notebook...I am quite sure I put it here...' She murmured.

Falcon smiled. The notebook was lying open on the bed, with its cover up, her pencil resting behind it. He went inside, picking up the notebook and holding it up. She glanced back and shook her head, coming over and sitting beside him.

They stared at Aurelia's scrawling handwriting, her notes written on demons, and all the possibilities.

'How old do you think Daisy is right now?' She said.
