Chapter 11: The Dark World

{Assassinate the main guard of the black market in the city.}

Accepting this as his first mission, Ryan left the Mech Association followed by Sarah. Their next destination was home to inform his parents about his departure for the mission.

After a short walk, they reached their home. Ryan entered his home while Sarah stood before the door talking to her 'friends.'

Inside...

Ryan went directly to see his parents who were watching TV. Seeing their child, coming with a severe face, Tony turned off the TV and they turned his attention toward Ryan.

"Mom, Dad, I am leaving home for my first mission..."

Tony and Misty sighed as they heard this. They already knew that their children would leave them one day for missions. Still, they weren't disheartened at this as they too did the same thing when the REBIRTH DAY happened and the humans adapted to the new development.

"I understand, my child. You can go and return triumphantly after your first mission." Misty replied with a sad smile on her face.

"Since you were born, you haven't seen your grandparents, right? I think it's time to meet them, especially on your mother's side. They would be waiting to pamper their grandchildren." Tony said sadly as he looked at Misty and they nodded their heads knowingly.

Ryan was surprised at the sudden reminiscing about his grandparents. Normally, he never heard them talking about this topic and it was considered taboo by both Alice and him.

Ryan didn't take this subject further and just nodded his head. Inwardly, he was extremely happy and excited to meet his unknown grandparents.

After sharing some pleasant times with his parents and talking with his sister, he left home after bidding farewell.

Outside.....

Sarah was sitting in the lush grass in the garden with her eyes closed.

"Can we start our journey?" Sarah heard a voice. She slowly opened her eyes and saw Ryan staring at her face. They stayed in that position for some time until Ryan coughed.

*cough*

Sarah's face changed into a tinge of red. To not let this awkward situation continue, she said hurriedly,

"Let's go. We have to complete to mission fast."

Ryan nodded his head as his eyes became serious. They made their way to the town to buy a map of the city. Despite living in the city, he didn't go anywhere in those 'dark' places.' He used to go to the market to buy food and some parks, that's all. Today was his first time venturing through those dark places to venture outside the city.

He and Sarah walked hand in hand and looked like a couple venturing on their first date. It was very hard to identify her as a Mech due to her superior bloodline and the absence of any distinguishing features that would make her look odd.

Inwardly, both of them were embarrassed walking like that. They never expected such a situation. Despite Sarah being the one who came up with this idea, she was the most embarrassed out of them.

Ryan was somehow finding this hilarious looking at Sarah. Still, he didn't show this on his face as this would violate the 'Golden Rules' set for men when with women. Keeping the stoic face, both of them walked hiding their emotions.

After walking for half an hour, they saw a dark alleyway that screamed 'Dark', Ryan and Sarah cleared their minds of unwanted thoughts and became serious. They instantly concluded that this was the beginning of the 'Dark World' of the city.

Inside one of the buildings in Dark World....

A man and woman were sitting face to face. They both had serious faces. The man looked in his mid-30s and the woman was in her early 30s.

"How is the collection of PR654 going on?" The woman asked.

"The merchants are keeping them at the correct position, outside the city. I go every day at night to fetch it. We leave the money for them there and they fetch it the next day. I will also go there today to fetch the drug, PR654." The man replied in a hoarse voice.

It was evident that this person was the main guard of the black market in the city. He supplies the drugs to the black market and also works as a guard. This was also the same person Ryan and Sarah came to assassinate.

"Since all is going well, lemme leave. I want to report it to the Leader." The lady said as she stood up and went towards the only door in the room to leave. As she neared the door, without turning back she said, "I will tell Leader to reward you for your hard work."

The man smiled upon hearing this. He was very happy. With this reward, he would be promoted and can leave this dam city for a bigger and better one and enjoy luxurious life there.

The door creaked open the second time and he saw two stunning women standing at the door, waiting for his 'order.' They both had a longing look on their face and a seductive aura around them. The man smiled as he got a way to spend some 'quality time' without being bored.

Seeing the grin on the man, the ladies entered the room and locked the door from the inside. They started removing their clothes one by one and teasing the man. After removing their clothes, they did the same to him. As the hindrance was left out, they started spending their time 'playing' and the 'giggles' rang in the room.

They played for hours. When the sun went to sleep, they stopped as the man had to fetch the drug. Both the ladies kissed the man and exited the room as if nothing happened. Still, everyone in the building knew their affair and the 'playing' they did every day.

He dressed up and exited the building to carry out the important work. He went toward the East to exit the city and fetch his belongings.

I am sorry to tell you this but, you guys have to wait for a week for the next chaps. The chaps in my arsenal are completed as I couldn't write these days due to family matters. I apologize for this.
