Chapter 2 - School Start

In the beginning of kindergarten, Junpei didn't want to go he thought it was dumb. Why would his have to go? What would he really learn. after Aoi finely made him go, he met 2 other boys, Rui and Kobi they weren't the best kids. The 3 would draw on desks and walls and throw pens and pencils and make big messes. There teacher Mrs. Yamazaki would put them in time out one at a time and report the behavior to their parents. Kobi's mother did nothing about his behavior, Rui's and Junpei got the same punishment when they got a phone call home. No Tv veggies for dinner and early bedtime. One day, the three boys had a sleepover at Kobi's house, and they had lots of sugar before bed. The three boys were up all night playing games and jumping off the walls. Junpei was playing with the other boys till he broke a glass table by jumping on top of it. Junpei was screaming from the glass in his foot, Kobi's mother called Aoi over to take Junpei to the hospital. The doctor took all the glass out of his foot and stitched it back up. he was excused from. school the next day. when he went back to school, his friends were there for him when he needed help. Rui said, "We'll be there for you no matter what." with a smile on his face.

A few years passed, and now the boys Junpei, Rui, and Kobi are now in 4th grade. The boys are now 9-10 Junpei parents split up last year. His friends, Rui and Kobi, try to cheer him up when he gets sad about his parents. On the bright side, he gets 2 birthdays, one from his dad and one from his mom.
