Cold shivers ran through Ashe as she looked around in every direction, sweat dripping on her forehead. People, lot of people. Huge screens surrounded the sky, showing hundreds and thousands of Players that had logged in and started staring at them, betting and screaming their names and skills.
Little dwarfs had teleported to the Academy grounds and set up their instant stalls and called out for betting. The students hooted and many more came out of their rooms to witness the fight. This was usual for the Academy, but with three completely new Players? It was going to be fun watching those deaths. And likewise, they betted all their money on Antony, Maston and Ocean. Lots and lots of money, because the outcome was so clear.
Ashe's eyes went round as she tried to take it all in. "No…this can't be happening again." She shut her eyes close and tried to block it, but it came rushing towards her like a stormy wave she couldn't escape.
