The Kunpeng Ancestor shriveled up and Cross flashed above the Vermilion Bird city, a portal was over the city and pouring black flames. Cross was under the black flames and his body was shining black and gold, his eyes were shining brightly as he roared to the sky.

The world started trembling, whether it was in fear or from Cross' power, it was hard to tell.

Cross' body inflated and he suddenly sucked in greedily a blackhole appearing in his mouth.

All the black Void flames suddenly started rushing into Cross' mouth like a tide as he devoured the Void Flames endlessly.

The flames ran through his body and Cross circulated [Void King Body Arts] along with the [Dragon God Body Refining Technique], the Gold and Black Taichi pattern appeared on Cross' back and the fire exploded into black flames, the Void flame that was being absorbed, ran through his entire body, washing everything inside completely clean and sparkling.

The invisible energy that was produced from the Yin Yang was being sucked up by Cross' entire body endlessly. All the Gold and black dragons inside Cross' body roared to the skies and the world started cracking and quaking as if it couldn't tolerate Cross' existence any longer.

The Void flames disappeared and Cross' body compressed, his Realm soared and hit 9th Level Immortal King unexpectedly before stopping. Cross opened his eyes and the world turned black and white, losing all it's brilliance.

Inside Cross' body, the Bones, Blood, and Root were shining brightly with an aura of endless destruction. He reverted to normal and slowly floated down from the sky, his feet touched the ground in front of Long Chen, facing Yu Qingxuan's master and Enpuda.

Cross looked expressionless as he said "Your plans included not only Yu Qingxuan, but my wife as well?" The old man said with a sneer "An unexpected gift for the Void Flame King." Cross said "Oh." The old man suddenly fell to the ground and started tearing out his flesh, clawing hopelessly as he let out blood curdling screeches that were near inhuman.

Cross looked at Enpuda and said "You will die, not only your clone but your physical body. Just like your precious disciple before you, you will be tortured in my hands. I promise you." as he waved and Enpuda exploded into blood mist, Cross pointed at the blood mist and Void flame devoured everything along with the trace of the soul in the clone.

He looked into the portal in front of him and said "You go tell Yan Xu himself, when I find him, he will become a Tonic for me." he shot his hand into the portal and ripped out an arm as the portal closed.

Everyone heard a painful cry before the portal disappeared. Cross threw the arm to Long Chen, who was looking at the old man with intense hatred. Yu Qingxuan was crying and Cross looked on without emotions.

This old man taught Yu Qingxuan just to offer her up to Yan Xu, the Void Flame because she was a Rainbow Flame carrier. To think he even wanted to use his Xue'er, death was too good for the old man.

Cross looked at the rest of the old men who were attacking and said "Ants. Die." all the old men who hadn't escaped exploded into blood rain and washed over the Imperial City. In the sky, Guo ran, Xia Chen, 430 Dragon Blood Warriors, as well as Dongming Yu, Jasmine, Amelia, Lily, and Artemis appeared.

Cross looked in a specific direction and muttered "You escaped this time... but can you escape forever?" he suddenly vomit out a bucketful of blood and his eyes started bleeding heavily. Jasmine cried "Cross!" and quickly supported him.

Cross smiled and said "Hey, you." Jasmine said anxiously "What's going on with you!?" Cross said weakly "Over use... Strong technique. Bones, Blood, Root, 3 changes give birth to endless rebirth." Jasmine said "Fuck, his brain is broken too!" Cross laughed and coughed up blood again, Jasmine screamed "Stop moving!"

Long Chen smiled and shook his head, looking at the, still screaming, old man with a cruel smile. Cross said "Bring Yu Qingxuan here." Yu Qingxuan walked over and Cross pressed on her forehead, pulling out a black wisp as he said "Silly little thing." before he ate it.

Yu Qingxuan felt much better and Cross smiled saying "Funny thing those flames." he coughed out blood and said with melancholy "Jassy, will you still love me if I'm a weak scholar?" Jasmine was anxious and said "Of course! You-" Cross cut her off and let out a breath of relief saying "That's good. Fortunately, I'm not a weak scholar though."

Jasmine almost died of anger and the group laughed, she glared at Guo Ran and shouted "What are you laughing at?!" Guo ran jumped and shut his mouth quickly, Xia Chen laughed at him and Feng Xue'er appeared from the Inner World as she said "What are you laughing at?"

Xia Chen and Guo Ran hugged each other in fear, Cross laughed at them before coughing up blood and saying "Fuck me! Am I cursed?!" The Dragon guy exploded in an angry voice "Idiot! Moron! Retard! YES!" Cross was stunned and said "Nani?!" The Dragon guy said in rage "You were originally targeted by the heavens because of the Void you cultivate, now not only have you combined it with Dragon might, but you devoured Kunpeng essence! You know what you did!?"

Cross shook his head and the Dragon guy said "Your Bones, Blood, and Root have changed! Literally becoming power that goes against the heavens!" Cross opened his mouth wide like an 'O' and said "Can I name it?" The Dragon guy almost coughed up blood and Cross said "Void Bone, Blood, and Root: Heaven Rending Physique."

Thunder rumbled in the sky as if acknowledging the name. Cross was excited and the Dragon guy sighed saying "I don't even know what to say anymore... Anyway, you're cursed. Badly cursed now boy." Cross asked "How so?" The Dragon guy said "You have Supreme Bad Luck, just like Long Chen, not only that but your tribulations from now on, forget about getting benefits to your body from them."

Cross shrugged and said "Meh, could be worse. I could be impotent." The Dragon guy sighed and didn't reply.

Suddenly, a portal opened and a mummy appeared saying "Come, Imperial Princess." Cross looked up and coughed out blood again as Yu Qingxuan floated towards the portal, Long Chen roared "No!" as he flew up.

A giant flower appeared behind Yu Qingxuan.

While all this happened Dongming Yu appeared with Enpuda's head. So apparently he was here after all, well he's dead now so...

Anyway!

Long Chen forcefully tipped the flower petals and stabbed them into his own body. Dongming Yu shouted "No!" before she was pressed down by her master, Silent Night. Cross glared at the Mummy creature and his eyes glowed before he coughed up more blood and his eyes dimmed, bleeding heavily.

His vision disappeared, but he could still 'see' with his Mantra.

Long Chen tore the flower piece by piece and the flower behind Yu Qingxuan appeared behind Long Chen instead. Yu Qingxuan was thrown back to her father and the flower integrated with long Chen's body appearing in his left eye.

Cross saw that Long Chen turned the tides and he let out a breath of relief before coughing up blood and fainting, Jasmine was scared and held him but Silent Night said "Jasmine, Amelia, let's go." Jasmine said "Master.."

Silent Night said "He's fine, maybe he'll be blind for a little bit. Let's go." Jasmine handed Cross to Feng Xue'er and nodded to her, Xue'er nodded and took Cross as Long Chen fell from the sky after smashing the underworld portal with the Tripod.

Yu Qingxuan caught him and Silent Night disappeared with Dongming Yu, Jasmine, and Amelia.

Cross was plunged into infinite darkness, he couldn't see, couldn't feel, couldn't smell, all he could do was listen to the silence. The darkness enveloped him as if it was a mother's gentle embrace, devoid of all light but carrying the most gentle warmth.

Cross hear a voice finally "Hm. Completely deviated. On all paths... You boy, a descendant of my Void God, the only one in the World and you chose destruction of all paths. Why?" Cross replied "I have no idea what you're talking about." the voice said "Silence of the Abyss, Void King Body Arts, Dragon God Body Refining Technique, these 3 Arts have been destroyed by you, you cut off all paths and gave birth to a physique that shouldn't exist. Effectively crossing a bridge and burning it behind you, you have no retreat options... Why?"

Cross said "Since I became powerful the Heavens have repulsed me, forced be back, held me down, intended to destroy me. My path isn't predestined, fate doesn't control me. The Arts of the past are tools for the creation of a new path, I cut off my escape paths because I will not allow myself to take a step back. I burn the bridge behind me because that's what makes the Heavens the angriest."

The voice was silent and Cross laughed "The Heavens? What a joke. When I become god the Heavens will bow to ME!" The voice started laughing before it said "Good! Good! Boy! I hope you can do it. If you fail, you'll die. Perhaps you can create the legend and do what countless others failed to do! I'll give you a gift, here's the True Void God arts..."

There was a chuckle and then the voice added "Let's see if you can use this a tool as well." Cross got a massive influx of information and his head throbbed in pain. Slowly [Void God's Record] imprinted itself in Cross' brain.

A pitch black book appeared in the Library and the Dragon God Body Refining Technique, Silence of the Abyss, and the Void King Body Arts glowed and duplicated, the Void God's Record duplicated as well.

The duplicates flew into the air and spun together, forming a single book with a Gold and Black Taichi pattern on it. The book shined, lightning up the entire library before falling on a pillar next to the Nine Star Hegemon Body Arts- Long Chen edition.

The book was titled [Heaven Rending Void God Arts]

The Heaven Rending Void God Arts imprinted itself in Cross' mind, it was his own technique. A seamless fusion of the 4 techniques Cross used.

Cross was lost in the darkness as his body automatically started circulating the Heaven Rending Void God Arts. His entire body started glowing and a gold and black Taichi Symbol appeared above him in the real world.

The Golden markings on his face started glowing along with his black tattoos. The black spots on his hands disappeared, instead the Taichi symbol appeared on both his palms. It was very small, barely noticeable.

Other than that, nothing changed on the outside. Inside however, massive changes were taking place. The Taichi symbol was spinning faster and faster before it sank into his body and continued on the inside, getting smaller and faster before disappearing completely.

Cross' body started trembling and his insides started glowing. Xue'er was anxious and Long Chen's body resonated with Cross', a gold light erupted from his body. Cross' body shined black and the two lights converged, spinning into a giant Taichi symbol.

On Long Chen's back, the Black and Gold Taichi symbol appeared, the same with Cross. They spun at the same time before clicking and stopping abruptly.

A Majestic aura appeared and the World was plunged into darkness.

Over the entire World, in all realms, all cities, all Worlds, the sky was filled with countless stars, shining brightly. Behind the stars a blackhole appeared before turning gold and the Stars turned blood red and the phenomena was torn viciously.

The old man who swept at Lingxiao Academy, looked up at the sky before smiling as he said to himself "2 Gods return, not even Heaven will survive..." he sighed and added "Youngsters nowadays..." before going back to sweeping.

Silent night looked up and mumbled "I haven't hunted in a long time..."

The Taichi Symbol disappeared above Long Chen and Cross and the duo slowly opened their eyes, waking up from their comas.
