A Distracted Servant, Indra's Frustration, and bliss? A Servant finally does his job... A Fight Still Ensues

(A/n: I'm still alive... But I went to a funeral for a friend as someone important to him had passed away, a family member, and it was also someone I knew pretty well... It's pretty depressing stuff to go through again, especially losing a family member. It happened to me before in the middle of the night. It led me to hate ambulances, too, as one of them passed the house three times before actually arriving at the right place. What's funny was that the house they passed wasn't even that hard to find as it was somewhat of a rural area that didn't even have many houses around, and it was a two-story yellow house with lights all on... Well, enjoy this chapter; at first, I was going to stack chapters, but that would take a bit to do, so I'm just going to upload it now to make sure that people won't think I'm dead... I was more focused on some of my other fanfics that could be found in my profile.)

(POV: Cream)

I honestly don't know what I'm looking at. Seeing that strange faceless man grabbing onto the back of that sonic look-alike's head with those strange string-like lines going inside his skin made me sick, and it looked like my Mom and Cheese felt the same way...

But it looked fascinating to look at for some reason... I then heard my mother's voice as she covered my eyes with Cheese in a defensive position.

"Please don't look, Darling." When she said that when covering my eyes, I felt a bit more relaxed, but I felt a bit at a loss. I wonder if there's something wrong with me. Then I heard two more voices that landed next to me.

"Are the three of you alright, Vanilla??!?! Thank Sol, the three of you are okay!!!" Was that Blaze's voice? I'm glad she's okay. And then another familiar voice popped up.

"What in the world is happening here??" It's Silver's voice!! My eyes were still closed, though, but I'm guessing that they were watching the same thing I was... I wonder when Mom is going to uncover my eyes...

(3rd POV: Blaze & Silver)

'SHIT, SHIT, SHIT, SHIT SHIT SHIT!!!!!' Blaze's thoughts were in complete panic as she was running as fast as she could alongside Silver, who had a grim expression plastered across his face as he was hyper-focused. Silver spoke, trying to make some small talk.

"Who the fuck was that Blaze? That thing couldn't possibly be sonic, and there was nothing like that in my future either." Blaze's eyes twitched a bit, but she tried not to snap at him.

"I WOW Silver, why in the ever living Sol would I ever know that?!!? All I just know is that a damn freak is going after Vanilla, Cream, and Cheese, and we have to hurry before that THING gets to them and does who knows what-!!" A haunting scream that sounded like static echoed across Green Hill and cut off her rant.

Silver grabbed Blaze's shoulder. "I think we're close enough for me to teleport both of us to that noise... I can sense three familiar presences and another that is away from those three, and it's heavily distorted to the point that it's giving me a headache." 

A blue light wrapped both and transported them to where they heard the scream.

*BLIP*

Within an instant, both Blaze and Silver were near the area, and Blaze, who was worried, became relieved, called out to them, "Are the three of you alright, Vanilla??!?! Thank Sol, the three of you are okay!!!"

She wrapped the three of them in a hug. At the same time, Silver witnessed a tall humanoid figure without a face crushing what looked to be that faker to the ground and injecting what looked to be a patterned purple lining into its skin, causing a disgusting, veiny appearance, like worms crawling inside the demon Sonics' skin.

Silvers's face reveals disgust as he asks, "What in the world is happening here?"

Vanilla, who was still watching the scene, was just as confused as anyone else.

"I- I don't really know at all!?!? That Sonic look-alike was about to lunge at us, but the creature there saved us..." She said while glossing over what Cream did.

Blaze turned her head toward the situation, pretty disturbed at the fact that this creature was manhandling the demonic Sonic that almost killed her, and called out to Silver.

"I think we're screwed here, Silver... But if this thing saved them from that 'sonic,' then we might be able to talk to him without getting slaughtered instantly... Also, we can't really call for backup as the rest are swamped with their problems at this moment." Silver didn't look back as he was too focused on the entity playing with the struggling demonic hedgehog.

"Yeah, I'd rather not have what that hedgehog is having; I mean, YUCK!! that's disgusting to look at!!!" The creature in front of him stopped what it was doing, picked up the hedgehog like a toy, and stood up to look in their direction, which caused them all to flinch.

The creature tilted his head and walked toward them.

(POV: Incarna Of Silence; Nirav.)

While studying the specimen for a bit, I felt the card that my Lord gave me glow; that was when I thought one of the five entities in my peripheral might be one of the card bearers. I already had an idea of who it might be. And I stood up while carrying the specimen.

I carefully walked toward them, especially toward the little one I guided.

(Omni POV)

The humanoid finally made a move as it walked closer. As big as it was, it walked without making a sound, which further disturbed all of those who watched.

Both Blaze and Silver began to get into fighting positions, but this thing just ignored them as he walked. They both dashed toward the long humanoid entity to protect Cream, Cheese, and Vanilla, but the entity disappeared as their attacks missed his body entirely.

Now, the entity was kneeling on one knee at both Cream and Vanilla's level.

Silver and Blaze turned around, and with fear for the safety of the three, as they soon tried to rush back, the Incarna snapped his fingers.

*PAAH*

The loud sound dispersed invisible energy, which caused them to stay in place. Their eyes widened, and their fears increased immensely as they still tried to move, but their struggles were futile.

Blaze yelled out in a panic, "PLEASE DON'T HURT THEM!!!!"

She said. Silver yelled out in anger, "DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH THEM YOU BULLY!!" 

(A/n: Their reaction should be pretty justified when they saw an Incarna playing around with an enemy they had a ton of trouble with in such a morbid way.)

Vanilla squeezed Cream tightly into a hug as Cream could finally now see, and Cheese was in front of the two, trying to protect them.

When the entity saw the shaking Cheese, it chuckled a bit.

[Heh~ No worries, little one~ I won't hurt them as that isn't my job as of now~] The entity words made all three of them confused.

"Preeee?? (Really??)" The entity shook his head no.

[Of course not, but to give someone this.] He lifted his hand, and a card that glowed a dark purple hue appeared floating in front of the three.

All three looked in amazement, which made Vanilla loosen her grip on Cream... As those two were distracted, Cream cautiously walked toward the tall humanoid in a suit.

The closer she got, the more the card glowed. The Incarna, seeing this, morphed his face into a mouth as he grew a smile, saying, []I knew it!! I wasn't wrong about you!! Take the card, child!![]

The Incarna's words made Cream confused. "M- me?!? But why me?? And what is this card about??"

She said innocently. 

The Incarna kept his smile as he tilted his head. []So many questions~ But I wasn't the one who chose you~ And that card picks at a random, as my Lordship had designed it for~ but if you ask me, I actually thought the card would've picked someone else... But as soon as I first met you, my instinct told me it was you or my probability logic led me to you... And You'll soon know what that card is about as soon as you show it to my Lord.[]

The card flew to Cream's hand, causing an energy surge from the card that caused Cream's aura made of white to form and glow. That card began to collect a small piece of that aura from her, and when it had enough of its fill, the light coming from the card dimmed and resumed back into a normal purple card with a jester.

"WOAH!!! That was cool!! But who are you and this Lord you're talking about?" Cream said with excitement but asked a question that made Incarna shrug.

[]Well, now~ I wish to answer your questions further, but I'm out of time~ just keep the card with you at all times, Cream~ But before I really leave.[] 

He then turned to Vanilla, who was frozen by a mix of emotions, and the Incarna reached his hand to grab her chin lightly and said, []Hmm? I wonder... would you be a good pick for the Lord? Maybe... I'll just put you on the list of candidates...[] 

His words confused the mother rabbit, and her once-tense shoulders began to relax. "Excuse me?!? What do you mean by that!?!"

Seeing that the mother had calmed down, he smirked, shook his head, stood up, and walked to the two frozen individuals behind him. He walked to his first and only objective, Blaze.

The Incarna lowered himself to the feline and did the same thing as he did with Vanilla as he softly held on to her chin and hummed in another satisfied triumph. []Ah hooo~ another candidate for the Lord!! But apologies about not being able to overhear the conversation I had with your friends. I placed a unique field that deletes sound on contact~[] 

As he said that, Blaze was twitching her eye because it sounded familiar. "You are actually trying to sell me off into a marriage? Excuse my poor vocabulary but FUCK YOU!!! I AM NOT GOING TO BE IN A FORCED INTO SOME DAMNED ARRANGED MARRIAGE LIKE LAST TIME, AND I WORKED MY ASS OFF TO GET OUT OF THAT ONE, CAPTAIN BALDY!!! I'LL CLAW YOU HERE AND NOW YOU LITTLE BITCH!!! COME HERE!!!!" Blaze began to struggle through the entrapment even harder like a wild animal as she hissed like a violent cat on fentanyl.

Silver, who had question marks on the top of his head as he was trying to wrap his brain around Blaze's words, asked the tall humanoid.

"Umm? Hey, big guy!!! Just ignore her for a second... She sometimes has those moments, but what's this about candidates? I mean, I don't really care all that much about it. I'm just trying to start a conversation here, and you seem to be very nice and reasonable..." The Incarna turned his head to Silver.

[Well, now, you seem to have better manners than this feline right here, and this cat here was the one who brought up marriage... Not me, but if she wants it...!!] A scratchy, deep voice that could only be heard by the Incarna interrupted the Incarna.

'Hey there bud, whatcha doin'? I sure as hell know that you're not trying to hook me up with someone, riiiiight?' The Incarna corrected him.

/You mean multiple women? And also, after what Dr. Bright said to you were bitchless!! The rest of the Incarna couldn't take such transgressions of his blasphemy!!!! The rest of the Incarna and I had already discussed this deeply and calculated FOUR candidates in the making, lord Indra!!/ Indra, who was fighting a 2 v. 1 in Outerspace, was left speechless at his words... Now, Indra really wanted to find out what was happening in his ever-expanding realms in the Shenti.

'Ok... But why?' The incarna confidently spoke.

/So that you can get passed your mommy issues... And, we really are still pissed about what Dr. Bright said.../ At this point, Indra was really distracted to the point of not bothering to defend himself from Shadows and Sonics onslaught.

'You're lucky that I actually consider all of you as my children... You know what? I'll let my clone fight them both for now... And your punishment isn't over after this.'

With that, Indra stopped talking to him, which made the Incarna sigh, and Silver kept trying to bring him out of that trance the entire time.

"Hey, umm dude, are you alright?" The Incarna named Nirav chuckled to himself.

[]Hmm? I guess my Lord is coming here with his clone to scold me...[] Silver's expression became that of worry.

"Am I going to be alright... And why can't I hear Blaze? I can see her lips flapping; is it because of that barrier you talked about?" Nirav remarked.

[]My Lord isn't really the type to use multiple clones to fight most of the time, so you and your friends are safe. Also, that's a very astute observation from my conversation with Blaze, and yes, that is correct silver... And don't you think it's kind of funny looking at this woman's face... She looks like it looks like she has rabies~[] Silver also began to look at Blaze and tried his best not to laugh, watching her trying to get out like a mental patient stuck in a funny suit.

"... Oh, my god... That is actually pretty funny... But when is this Lord going to be here?" Nirav only said.

[]He's already here...[] Silver jolted as he said that, but sadly, he still couldn't move to see where he was. But Silver didn't need to look around for too long as what looked like a purple Hedgehog with dark purple eyes was standing near the tall man.

(General POV: More focused on Indra)

"OK, Nirav, what did I tell you to do?" The tall man looked down at the hedgehog and immediately kneeled on one knee.

[]It was to use this body and parade to the rest of those specimens, my Lord, but sadly, I got stuck on some side quests!?!!?[]

 Indra immediately covered his face for a moment before uncovering it and shouting.

"Why the hell is my love life your side quest!!!!! Stop with your bullshit and focus on the main mission, Nirav!!" Nirav sighed and said begrudgingly.

[]Yes... Sir...[] Nirav disappeared.

Indra sighed a bit as he rubbed his forehead like he had a headache but stopped when he heard a voice calling out.

"Umm... Hey there, Mr. Lord!! Can you help get me unstuck out of this... Please?" Indra looked at Silver for a long while with a frown, making Silver uncomfortable. Indra sighed.

"Sure... Just go to that energy source from up there..." Indra pointed up.

Silver nodded, "That was my plan. Right after I check on tails and the others, though..." Indra snapped his fingers, and Silver's body became free.

Silver happily smiled as he stretched his body and shadow-boxed to loosen up, "Thanks, dude!! But what about Blaze? Oh, wait, never mind... I'm sorry, Blaze, but you'll have to take this one for the team!!! Sorry, not sorry." Silver glowed a blue aura around himself and flew to help Sonic and Shadow while Blaze was muffling something.

"YOU FUCKING TRAITORRRRR!!!!! I'LL REMEMBER THIS ON MY DEATHBED, SILVERRRRRRRR!!!" Indra only stared at the yelling anthro cat in astonishment as he was listening through the barrier...

'My god, she has some lungs, I tell you...' He thought as he moved close to her. Blaze was baring her teeth toward Indra as she was still trying to struggle out. Indra, who was looking at her fur, had a sudden urge to feel to pet. So he reached his hand out and immediately stroked her head, surprising Blaze, and all of that anger faded away immediately when he started speaking softly.

"Hush, hush, now, my little kitty, everything's going to be okay, nobody's going to hurt you..." He said the words and the stroking overwhelmed Blaze, who just stood there, not knowing what to do anymore. Feeling this sudden warmth from his hand made her entirely confused...

Indra thought to himself again with melancholy, 'I remember when I said that all the time to my cat in my past life... Maybe I should make a trip into that world of mine to find sprinkles again... This does feel nice...' 

Indra, who was becoming more immersed in stroking her fur, began to go lower to her cheek, 'This... is... so... FLUFFY!!!' but his immersion stopped when Blaze finally had the strength to speak while stuttering like a mess as she was blushing behind that fur.

"C-c-c-could y-you please s-stop!!!" Indra quickly retracted his hand and said with a downcast smile.

"Oh... My apologies. I just wanted to stroke your fur... It reminded me of the good times... I'll help you get out of my... idiotic servant's authority." Indra snapped his fingers, and she stumbled out of the seal because of all of the momentum from trying to get out and leaned onto him by accident as a support. If she had been embarrassed before, then it only got worse from there as she also hugged him by accident. 

'Huh... Well, this is weird... But the fur is soft, though...' Indra was in complete bliss, but his bliss lasted shortly as she stumbled backward frantically and ran to follow Silver while yelling out.

"I'M SORRY!!!" Indra looked on, wondering if he should collect something from her dimension, but scrapped that idea for now as he wanted to switch back with his clone fighting in the desert when a small hand grabbed onto him.

"Hey, Mister, can I ask you something?" Indra turned around and saw Cream standing in front of him alongside two others. One was holding Cream's hand, and the other was floating right next to her. She showed him his card, which made his eye twitch once more.

"What is this card supposed to mean?" He grabbed the card and said.

"This card is supposed to signify a meaning of a challenge toward me... And if you are the owner of this card, then that simply means YOU are going to contest with me in a game... But that game won't arrive for a little while longer. Cream... But don't worry, I'll make the game fair." He handed the card back to the wide-eyed Cream and patted the top of her head.

'Mmmh, fur... I think I have a screw loose, and it's all Nirav's fault... His punishment is something I'm going to enjoy immensely...' A new voice popped up.

"Thank you, Sir, for helping us. Could you tell your friend that we're thankful for him too?" Indra looked toward Vanilla, trying to wonder how many people genuinely thanked him other than a bunch of kids that he reincarnated.

"I'll go and do that... Well then, I'll be off... And your house is destroyed." Indra teleported back to his fight with mixed emotions but remained fixed on a single goal ever since arriving at this verse.

(3rd POV: Lord X)

[Location: The VOID]

In a place where only silence and darkness lingered held an entity that held a twisted smile that looked like Sonic surrounded by other beings that shared his appearance.

The ring leader stationed himself upon a skull of bones floating within this void, waiting until his scout came back from its next conquest.

A red ring popped up; the Hedgehog he was waiting for had finally come back, making X excited.

/|Ra ha ha ha ha~ You're finally back, Malice!! How was devouring all of those innocent souls?|\ When he said that, the entity known as Malice didn't say a single word, and the silence stopped X's smile as the more he looked at him, the more began to realize that Malice was dead.

And what he thought held true as two long arms sprouted outside of Malice's mouth, and a tall humanoid crawled outside of his mouth.

[]I still don't understand the fun of taking someone else's body for a joy ride... God, that was kind of disgusting, too...[] The tall creature in front of him picked up the lifeless corpse of malice by the back of the head as he played with its limbs. Lord X creased his eyes in a bit of discomfort and anger but smiled as he spoke.

/|What are you doing with that body?|\ The creature said.

[]Well, I'm just showing off your friend's corpse live on 4k with that camera over their with my friends watching!! I'm gaining a lot of views, too~ One of the comments on there said, "LOL, you caught his ass lacking!!" and another saying, "Make him do the splits, LMAO!! skull emoji" and the comments just keep going~[] The creature said nonchalantly as he pointed to a Camera, elevating X's blood pressure as this was the first time he had ever felt this much rage in such a short time.

/|You... You... Insufferable waste!!|\ Lord X blasted a dark red beam, but the entity wasn't there anymore, and somehow, all of his children were frozen except for himself, only massively confusing X.

And something wrapped around his shoulders which was that same entity.

[]You know... That corpse over there is a warning sign... You were the one who decided to come to our turf~ And next time when we cross paths. And that won't take too long~ We'll raze and pluck your whole kind into farm cattle and have it go on till you're all overused ~ so please start counting your day~ as I know I will[] The entity disappeared in a way that looked extremely confusing, making Lord X more confused than scared, but looked at the lifeless Malice doing the splits and a comment he read.

/|"Let him hit the diddy young blud 🗣🔥🔥🔥" What the fuck is a diddy?|\

He just sat there with all of his equally confused children in silence.

~25 minutes before Indra switched in with his clone~

(3rd POV: Sonic The Hedgehog)

Sonic looked on with a serious glare and said, "I hope you're ready for a serious ass-kicking here, Indra!! Even if you're my kid or whatever, killing people is wrong.." 

Shadow squeezed his eyes shut and said to Sonic, "Please stop talking, Sonic, and bum rush him." 

Sonic wildly turned his head toward Shadow, completely flabbergasted at how uncharacteristic his words were. "Excuse me, Shadow!?! Every time I ask you to team up with me it was always, 'oH lOok aT mE aNd mY EmO UlTiMaTe PoWeR!? I DoNt NeEd AnYoNe' looking ass... I mean, what the fu-!! Shadow pushed Sonic as a beam of light was close to hitting Sonic. Sonic turned to Shadow with complete understanding now, and the both of them shot off after Indra.

And this was the beginning of an ensuing battle...

(A/n: The Shenti are basically corresponding realms to the Triat, like the Wyrm, Wyld, and Weaver, and they represent the three elements of the Metaphysical Trinity... The Supernal realm is the platonic, symbolic, underlying "source code" of reality within his Shenti, where existence from which all magic springs... And Indra has a more twisted version of it.)
