They eventually made it back to their own camp, which everyone heard about on the news.

It made a bit of panic throughout the camp, being that there was a possibility of them ambushing their camp.

Plus, everyone was a bit worried about how things were going.

Piles and piles of men were carried in beds, and almost a third of them did not come back.

A lot of people died in that battle.

Peter was glad he was alive, and all he wanted was to see Micah. He wasn't scared, but more tired since that fight, his arms felt weak. The Ike had skill, using certain techniques to get Peter confused. Things could've gotten a lot worse if Xavier didn't come to assist.

But, just laying in his bed inside his and Micah's tent, he figured out something.

Xavier has been a pretty good friend so far, ever since this adventure started.

He knows at least that he's doing it because he wants to get rid of his shameful past.
