The Black car he had called to come pick them drove into a rather small bungalow, parking well.

She looked around from where she sat in it. That wasn't what she had expected to see after all, with how great his name was she had expected a beautiful mansion. She decided to not say a word and keep it to herself. Deep down she hoped she could cope with such a small place, it was nothing compared to her Father's place.

She watched as he got down from the other side and walked to the front of the car before stopping in his tracks.

Was he not going to open the door for her or have his servant do that?.

She thought and waited for a while before pushing the door open and stepping out of the car. Here there was no baby treatment for her unlike at her place and Olive's place.

She could still remember the day she had gone to visit Olive's parents, the whole servants were already outside waiting for her arrival. A red carpet was lay just beneath her car seat so she could walk on it instead. She missed all those, perhaps marrying this stranger was a wrong decision.

" Welcome to my humble abode." Alpha Wilhelm said as soon as she stepped out.

" Hmm.' She hummed staring at his face. ' My luggage?." She added. There was no one in sight to help her with it.

" Oh! Leave that for now, I will find someone to help carry it out." He answered as sent her a smile before heading in.

She felt a bit relieved to know that someone lived there, that at least shows that she wouldn't have to do a thing herself.

Alpha Wilhelm could have sworn that he had seen a look of displease on her face when they had drove in but he pushed it aside.

" Waw! Great taste." She said the moment she stepped into the living room. The furnitures there were top notch, carved and made by one of the best. She had once seen the couch design at a function she had attended, it was one of the piece designed by La Davin Caloso himself, a piece so simple yet unique.

" Oh those! I didn't get them myself, my Beta did." He responded nonchalantly. He wasn't a fan of expensive or loud things, he liked everything simple that was why he had accepted the sofa in the first place though he had kicked against the price at first.

" Okay." She responded.

" Welcome Olive." A middle aged man in his fifties walked up to them and she watched as they both hug, each sending a smile.

" Hi Ryan, this is...' Wilhelm said and paused on remembering that he had forgotten to ask her name. ' What's your name again?." He added turning to her.

" Kara." She responded. It was funny that her husband didn't even know her name.

Why then did he offer to help her out? Why did he come to her rescue? Was it because she had promised to train his Wolves?.

She wondered.

" Ryan meet Kara, my bride." He said and watched the old man's eyes widen.

" Your bride? You got married? When? Where? Do our people know about that? Does....."

" Oh Ryan, can we just skip the questions today? We are just so tired. I only got married Ryan, why make it sound like I killed someone." He responded and chuckled softly. He understood his concern, that had been the way it was since he was little, since he had lost his parents.

" Okay Wilhelm." He replied and landed his eyes on her trying to take in all the details he would need.

" Kara meet Ryan, my Beta. He will take you to your room." He informed and walked away.

She walked behind Ryan as he led the way. She was shocked though that Wilhelm let his Beta call him by his name and the way they related showed how close they were. At her own part, the Betas called their Alphas, Masters or Boss. It felt disrespected that he would talk to her husband that way. Now that she was here, she would make sure to change everything.

" This is your room." He said and pointed to the room.

" Open it." She ordered and watched him raise his brow before obeying her order.

" Feel at home Ma." He said and proceeded to walk away,

" Come back here." She ordered and he stopped in his tracks to turn around.

" Ma." He responded.

" It's Luna Kara and not Ma. My luggage is still in the car, get it out and bring it here quickly." She ordered and walked in ignoring the shock on his face.

Serves you right Beta.

She mocked.

The room wasn't bad but it wasn't what she had expected, it was way too simple for her taste. Maybe she would spice it up when she settles well. After all this was her home now and she had to take care of it and act like a wife.

She laid on the bed and heaved a deep sigh, she was tired, so tired from everything. The tears that morning had drained all her energy.

She replayed the encounter with Wilhelm in her head and laughed softly. It had been so embarrassing to be caught in the water with him but funny enough they happened, the start of a new journey, one that looked clear.

A soft knock landed on the door and she asked the Beta to come in before he pushed it open and walked in with the luggage in his hand.

" Drop it there." She ordered and pointed towards a corner of the room. She watched as she placed it there and proceeded to walk away.

" Where are the servants?." She asked coldly. She was sure she hadn't seen anyone or noticed anyone when coming in.

" We have none Luna Kara." He responded calmly. He knew he was supposed to be offended by her outburst and rudeness but it took it like it all came from Wilhelm instead.

" And why is that?." She asked.

" Because they all are in the main house." He responded.

" There is a main house?." She asked surprisingly.

" Yes Luna Kara, Wilhelm wants it that way. He calls this place his escape house." Ryan said and laughed hard. He noticed the hard stare she gave him.

" I need to correct something right now. So far I am in this house, you address my husband as Alpha Wilhelm or Master Wilhelm not Wilhelm. Okay?." She said,

" Okay." He responded warmly with a smile.

" Run me a bath, hot water precisely." She ordered and stretched her hand to pick up the magazine laying at the edge of the bed. It looked old and was old.

It was about sports, that one thing that she hated so much. She loved fashion a lot though not accesories but she wore them when needed.

" Okay Luna Kara." Ryan replied and stepped into the medium sized bathroom. He turned the bath on and waited till it filled to the brim before turning it off and walking out .

" It's done....Luna Kara." He informed and watched as she waved him off.

" Wait!." She yelled as soon as he tried to step out.

" Pass me a towel." She said and watched him twist his lips before giving in and handing it to her.

She took it with a smirk on her face.

" Leave now. Make sure you fix me something to eat, I will be out in a bit." She said and waved him off.

She watched him step out and chuckled softly. She really loves getting on nerves of people below her. He was just a slave after all and definitely needed to know his place.

The last thing she would want was for a Beta to address her husband that way in front of her people, it would be a slap on her face.

She pulled her clothes off and felt her body get lighter. She still didn't understand why the Luna ceremony had all the unnecessary heavy saris and necklace compulsory.

She placed the diamond necklace on her bed, the same necklace Olive had gotten her. It felt weird that she had used it to get married to another man. She felt like a betrayal.
