[Azger]
I sighed as I exited the palace, putting the final touches on my hair as I walked down the large steps. I knew Father would be livid once he realized I had left again, but I would not find anything about Cerviel in the palace. If I had any chance of learning more, it would be in the Library and I smoothed my dress as I stepped out onto the streets.
I tried to ignore all the stares I received as I walked down the narrow streets, wishing I had Luc's ability to alter my appearance. Being a prince and the Heir Apparent was inconvenient at times, and although I could cast simple illusions on others, it was impossible for me to do the same for myself. The streets outside the palace were so cramped and narrow and sometimes it still felt like the entire Underworld existed in this one place. I knew that wasn't true, as the Underworld was one of the larger realms, but this city was all I had ever known and often, it still felt like I barely knew it.
