Aidan massaged his neck last night was the first time he had proper sleep in the last few years. he remembered how Racheal was kicking and screaming In her sleep.

She finally calmed down after he hummed a soft music he had always listen to when he was a child.

He didn't know when he also drifted into a deep sleep.

Racheal stood up from his body stepping backwards when he stood up from the bed "do you honestly like it when people fear you?" she questioned.

Aidan stopped on his tracks and turned towards her "if I say yes would you stay away from me?" he retorted before leaving the room.

Racheal watched his back leaving the room, her lips twitched slightly.

"he just loves throwing his attitude around!".

Elsa fisted her hands into fist balls, her chest heaved up and down, anger clearly written on her face.

All because of a little orphan her dream guy did this to her, now she won't spare that loosed b*tch.

Because of Racheal her face will be scarred for life, she winced in pain touching the injury on her face.

Florence came into the room with Jenny they were quite worried ever since Elsa decided to stay indoors since last night.

"baby how long will you keep on staying quiet? have I thought you to be this weak? my brave Elsa who is ready to bring down those who double crosses her, now is not the time to shed tears you have to be strong you've been wronged and we must avenge this"

Elsa's face turned fierce and set in determination, Jenny looked between her mum and sister, were they crazy? after what happened last night!.

"mum!"

Florence pulled Jenny's ears up, "now listen carefully to me, you will do exactly as I say, you love Brian a lot don't you? then look for how to get rid of your rival" Florence barked.

Last night she was quiet but now she was ready to fight back with her last drop of blood.

Jenny whined, she didn't want to get involved in all this because Aidan won't spare them once he finds out and besides she can't take another person's life for her own happiness.

"you are right mum! but first I'll undergo plastic surgery to remove this hideous scar Aidan caused me".

Brian's brow furrowed as he spoke on the phone with his assistant.

Lyra saw his reaction and focused her attention on him.

The call ended, lyra shook slightly seeing Brian's murderous gaze, "is... everything alright?".

"Racheal was attacked again but this time by Elsa, how come I didn't know about all these until now?"

He banged his hand on the dressing table and walked out of the room hurriedly.

Lyra sighed but then gasped when she realized something, she quickly ran after him.

"Brian! so you've been faking your injury all these while? I knew something was fishy about your accident! and that doctor? did you bribe him?".

Brian saw how angry she was but he had no time to explain anything, he simply pulled her along with him heading out of his house.

Racheal heard the screeching sound of a car from the dining room, Aidan already knew who it was.

His cousin brother just love to make an entrance, he picked up his mug of black coffee sipping it gently.

Racheal thought they were being attacked again, she turned to the man opposite her who didn't even move a muscle.

The door opened, she heard hurried footsteps approaching the dining room.

Aidan still remained calm as if he knew who it was already, she sighed and turned back to her food.

"big bro!"

She heard a familiar voice calling out, Aidan shut his eyes he hated noisy people and his brother knew that well enough by now.

Brian stepped into the dining room and suddenly embraced Aidan even if the latter didn't move he pulled off from the embrace and kissed his cheek.

Aidan was irritated by his cousin's actions, lyra ran in panting, she tried catching up with Brian but he was too fast for her.

Lyra looked up to see those set of innocent eyes that she has greatly missed this couple of days.

As if the guys knew what would happen next they excused themselves, from a distance they could hear the loud shrieks coming from the girls.

Lyra enveloped Racheal into a tight hug "I miss you so much, I tried calling you but your phone wasn't going through I'm so happy to see you"

Lyra shrieked further pulling away and started examining Racheal's body "what are you doing lyra?".

"did he try to do anything you didn't like? tell me and I'll go show him..."

"shhh" Racheal shushed placing her index finger on Lyra's lips. "he really isn't like that, he might be bad for others but I figured out something lately Aidan just needs someone who understands him and love him the way he is, he isn't that bad".

Lyra gasped she could vividly remember how Racheal get scared whenever he was around her and now?.

"wow I'm amazed why are you beet red? Racheal!"

Racheal blushed further leading lyra to her room for a girly chat.

Aidan led Brian into his study room, "so how do you find her?" Brian teased.

Aidan stared at Brian for a minute as if in deep thought "she is as foolish as always, always getting herself into trouble every now and then I don't think I can put up with her for much longer".

Brian sighed and changed the topic, he didn't want Racheal to leave his brother yet. He didn't know why but he sees her as the only one who could lighten his life.

"did you tell grandpa about this incident?". asked Brian..

"do you think he doesn't know yet? old Wilson is always the first to know everything and I get the feeling that he is hiding something big about Racheal, I tried to find things myself but I ended up in a dead end".

Brian stroked his chin "something is fishy indeed".
