Chapter 25_ Racheal's wishes 1

Lyra looked around the room she was supposed to spend the night at, she couldn't believe that jerk brought her to his house.

She heard a knock and the opened, Brian came in with a pyjamas placing it beside her.

Lyra's eyes caught the pink pyjamas on the bed "thanks".

She murmured, Brian left the room immediately...

The next morning Aidan came down from his room to see the dinning table filled up with different foods.

Racheal emerged with a jug of water, she was putting on a red apron with her hair tied into a messy bun.

Racheal saw him standing with some other men she assumed to be his guards.

She smiled and approached him collecting his briefcase." I made breakfast don't leave with an empty stomach" she said leading him to the table to sit.

Aidan grabbed her wrist when she was about to serve his plate " who asked you to do all this? I'll have breakfast on my way".

Racheal ignored him, she picked a slice of bread spreading jelly on it before handing it over to him.

"At least have something light" she urged.

Aidan took a bite from the bread, she placed a cup of coffee before him.

Racheal made sure he was well fed before leaving the house.

Aidan felt like he was going to burst any minute from now, he didn't miss the smile his men were exchanging to each other.

"do you want to jump out of this moving car?" his voice jerked them up, and their mouth ceased to smile.

Brian paced around the sitting room, he had a coffee mug in one hand while the other hand was placed in his pants pocket.

it was past ten in the morning and lyra hasn't woken up yet "did she die or something?".

He dropped the mug on the glass table and left for the room where she spent the night at. He knocked but she didn't respond so he pushed the door opened.

Goodness!! she was still asleep, she sprawled on the bed without a care in the world.

Brian was quite confused "just how deep is her sleep?".

He picked the vase resting on a table and smashed it, he saw her jump out of the bed taking a fighting stance with her hands folded into a tight fist.

Brian raised a brow, lyra changed her position when she saw who it was. Her eyes found the broken pieces of the vase on the ground.

"did you purposely break the vase to wake me up? and why would you even come into a lady's room without knocking?"

Brian peeped at his watch " I'm late for work" he mumbled and left the room.

Lyra turned to the clock and smacked her head, she was very late for work.

Brian isn't going to spare her, she heard a knock again before it opened a maid came in with another lady.

"good morning miss I'm coral, please can you come down and select your outfit".

Lyra eyed the lady standing before her "outfit?" she murmured.

Lyra smiled at the clothes coral brought in just now, she checked earlier but didn't find anything hot enough since that pervert wants his employees to wear skimpy clothes then that's what she would wear.

Hot sweat broke out on Coral's forehead seeing the dress lyra ordered for "miss are you sure you want this?".

Lyra snatched the packaged clothes from coral and went off to the room to change into it.

Coral knew Brian would fire her today, for crying out loud she was going to the office not a strip party.....

Brian was having a brief meeting with his employees when the door opened. They heard a soft clicking of heels on the marbled floor.

Everyone including Brian raised their heads to see who just stepped in, their jaws dropped.

Brian's countenance changed immediately "sorry I'm late boss".

She could see her colleagues whispering at each other.

Brian stared at her from head to toe, she was putting on a crop top that showed off her fair breasts and bellybutton that was pierced with an extremely short skirt that stopped just on top of her thigh.

And for the last touch she applied makeup that gave her a seductive look.

Brian didn't know how to react but watching how exposed she was right now he quickly dismissed his employees.

Bernard smiled waving at her which she returned back.

The conference room was now except the two of them.

He took a step forward "lyra what is this?".

He was having a hard time concentrating on her face.

Lyra smirked "I thought you wouldn't mind since you like it when girls wear skimpy clothes".

Brian grabbed her shoulders "but not like this, you went too far every guy here were ogling at your exposed body.

Brian pulled off his coat and wrapped it around her but lyra rejected it. " no thank you".

She returned his coat back to him and left for their office.

Racheal was watching a show on the tv when she heard the footsteps approaching her.

She turned to the direction to see Lizzy and her mum, she scurried to her feet.

Racheal wasn't expecting them, she smiled at them but gasped when Lizzy walked to her engulfing her in a tight hug.

Clara smiled at Racheal and touched her head stroking her hair. "good morning Mrs Wilson" Racheal greeted while Lizzy pulled out from the hug.

She led them to the sofa and was trying to figure out how they knew she was here, Racheal suddenly felt embarrassed, she had told Clara that she wasn't involved with her son and now she was living with her son.

Clara knew what was going on in Racheal's mind.

" you don't owe me any explanation Racheal, I heard what happened to you from old Wilson".

Racheal forced a smile "I hope big bro isn't giving you any trouble" Racheal faced Lizzy nodding her head.

Clara stared meaningfully at Racheal while the latter tried to avoid her eyes "dear don't feel shy after all I'll be your mum soon".

Clara stated for Racheal to give her a confused look.

"Racheal don't say no to my mum this time" Lizzy pouted.

Racheal had a hunch of why this mother and daughter duo came here.

"Aidan needs you Racheal, please don't ever leave his side" Clara started.

"he rarely visits me I could never give him the love every child needed while growing up because he was separated from me when he was just five years old please don't deny him of your love now" Clara continued while Lizzy massaged Racheal's hand.

Racheal was conflicted this mother and daughter doesn't know Aidan well enough, she has seen his other side and it was quite scary for her.
