/Ashina's POV/

"Ash, I hope you're almost done...…I don't want to be late to the ceremony." My father yells and I pity the old man because at this point I think he's going to lose his voice before growing gray hair.

"Dad, I'm done with my make up just to put on my dress, and concerning that I think I'm going to need a little assistance with that." I bellow my father to come over.

"Isn't this dress too tight? Although it looks very good on you and it compliments your skin tone well." My father shrugs the tightness of the dress since it looks so good on me.

"No it's not too tight, it needs to be tight so it'll fit me well and thank you, Dacy mindlinked me earlier that she's ready." I inform him.

"Okay that's good, wowwwwwww...you look stunning." My father says when I finally turn around to look at him.

"Thank you dad , I tried my best to look good." I flip my hair and my dad chuckles.

"You don't need to try your best to look good, you do it effortlessly...….you're beautiful." My dad compliments and my cheeks changes its color immediately.

"Oh well , let's be on our way daddy." I slip past my dad and hold my heels in my hands because I don't think I can start the stress that comes with wearing of heels right now.

"Oh oh oh lady??? Where are you going to with your barefoot? That's not ladylike at all Ash please put on the heels." My dad protests.

"Dad pleeeeeeaseee I'll wear it in the car, and you're the one making us run late now." I remind him.

"Okay, let's go and pick up Dacy then be on our way to the town hall where the coronation is taking place." My dad proceeds.

"Dacyyyyyy!!!!!! Come outside." I yell out loud and my dad had to close his sensitive ears.

"Ash, you could've mind linked me instead of shouting like a rabid dog." Dacy grumbles and opens the backseat.

"Damnnnnnn… you look so beautiful." I compliment her because she cleaned up so well, her winged liner made her hazel eyes pop out.

"You don't look too bad yourself, the make up is flawless." She compliments me too.

"Ashina and Daciana please do well to be on your best behavior, I do not want to hear you quarrel with Anastasia and Janine." My father warns us .

"Okay dad, but I'm not promising not to beat her up if she looks for my trouble." I mumble.

We enter the hall looking so gorgeous that all eyes falls on us, chatters can be heard from all areas of the hall, my father departs from our side in attempt of making conversation with his acquaintances.

"Oh, I can't imagine the stress you went through while trying to look for new dresses." Anastasia and Janine approaches us and I can feel Athena trying to come outside.

"Oh well, it's nice to know you look up to us for dresses designs, I hope it's up to your taste .....you do not need to answer the question because I can see the look of satisfaction on your faces." I cackle along with Daciana.

"By the way, thank you for giving us the opportunity to find more jaw-dropping dresses...we couldn't have done that without the help of you girls stealing our clothes." Dacy inputs and let me tell you their faces were as red as tomatoes.

"Fuck the both of you, I hate you." Anastasia cries and skip along with her minion.

"That was a priceless sight to see...she was as red as tomato I could feel the steam coming from her face." I giggle and Daciana joins me.

"We welcome you, all citizens of White Crescent pack ...Thank you for showing up for the Alpha's coronation, we shall begin the event shortly." The Anchor of the program addresses, which is Daciana's father.

"Let's welcome the Alpha and Luna of White Crescent pack." He says and everybody rises up to their feet to applaud their leaders.

"Thank you all for being cooperative with me during my reign, I promise my son's reign will be better than mine and he'll bring greater improvement to the pack." He finishes his statement and everyone rises up their feet to applaud him again.

"With that being said, let's welcome the future Alpha of White crescent pack….Cane Jordan" Dacy's father called his name and my cheeks flares up immediately on the mention of his name.

"Girl...calm your fucking hormones, your cheek is becoming more colored than your dress." Athena snaps and I roll my eyes at her.

"Mate." Cane says with his eyes glowing and everybody looks at his direction and follows his gaze to Anastasia who repeats the same word mate.

"It can't be, of all fucking people??? Anastasia that bitch??? Will be our Luna?? Can't never be....I'll never bow down to that piece of shit." My anger flares up at the partner the moon goddess decide to choose for our Alpha.

"I can feel this pack crumbling already." Daciana mentions and I couldn't agree more to her statement to be honest because we are fucked.

"Point of correction....You're fucked, she can't do anything to me...as far as I'm concerned I haven't heard nor do I know of any law that says the Luna of a pack can't be beaten if she trespasses." Athena corrects my choice of words.

"Dacy, I don't think I want to be here anymore..... I can feel my temper flaring up." I inform her and stand up to take my leave.

"Why the fuck is she mate with my crush??? That bitch??I would have an omega to her." I laments and I can feel my body shaking from the anger I'm feeling.

I wanderdeep into the woods where I know even if a forced shift happens, my identity and secret will still be safe.

"Ashina?? Where the hell are you? Are you okay?" My dad panic and I convey to him that I needed to come outside for a fresh breath.

"Ashina calm the fuck down...you're forcing me out with your intense anger." Ashina warns and i can feel myself breathing very hard.

"I can't stop, Athena help me I don't know how to stop." I cry out for her from Athena.

"Ashina try to think of anything that can divert your attention, I do not know why you're annoyed about not being mated to that piece of trash." Athena utters.

"You're not helping the situation, by the way can you perceive that?" I inquire because I can't be the only one to perceive such a mouthwatering scent.

"Yeah I think I can, rain water with a mix of earth and sandalwood." She points out and i looked forward to so a dark looming figure with blood red eyes looking straight at me.

"MATE." I hear that deep husky voice mentions before passing out.
